Glen is amazing! Very understnading, professional, and listened to my concerns. His staff is very understanding and patient. I appreciate the short notice and it being completed in a timely manner.

I am reluctant to give a poor rating but this one is well deserved. Glen was great a first. Came and got me took me to get a rental and over all great customer service. However, had my RR from Oct 12-Dec17. I’m from Colorado so my kids drove it back for me. Still not fixed. I’m 8k in and according to two other mechanics the rack and pinion was not put back together correctly so I’m out another 9k. He will not answer my calls, or call my Co.mechanic to discuss at least paying for part of the repairs. My car is a RR I understand they aren’t easy to work on, he picked it up with a broken fuel pump. Then called and said the oil pan was dented, now I wonder if he damaged that as well? January and my car is still not running. I’m out 15k total. He sent my college kid on a road trip with a car that he messed up. A traumatic and expensive experience. I would never recommend this mechanic, breaking down on a road trip is rough. The company took advantage of my vulnerability as a woman and I couldn’t be more disappointed. That car should have never left the shop and he knows it. As a business owner I don’t take ratings lightly, take your car elsewhere. Read their responses to past customers. Degrading and unprofessional. Given my emergent situation I obviously didn’t do my research.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back, so I finally found someone else. It used to be a good place.
After a call and discussion with the owner and now a response, I understand the communication issue and also that they are moving to a new location. If I have a need for repair or maintenance, I will definitely come back here but I don't expect anything free just good service for a fair price.

This place has a great reputation for working on imports. Their lot is fenced in and locked down at night so your vehicle is safe. Very knowledgeable a d efficient. I have taken vehicles here and bern happy with their service.

The Metric Wrench has great customer service. I had a broken parking brake on a Class C motorhome with a Mercedes Benz chasis. They were able to get me in immediately and do the work for a reasonable price in just over a day. Part of the plastic brake cover broke during the repair, and the shop is replacing it without any hassle. The owner also took the time to show me the correct way to release the parking brake in hopes of avoiding future issues with it. If you need a timely repair and want to be treated fairly, give The Metric Wrench a call.

We have a 1968 VW Beetle that we had restored. There was a problem after 5 years with the steering. They had it for 2 weeks charged us a thousand dollars, and the steering is not any better. I am extremely disappointed.
