Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service was fast. Had an exhaust problem and they had me fixed and on the road in an hour.

MiDAS Great Falls is AWESOME! Mark and the crew took in my 2002 Ford Ranger, fixed a few gaskets and after an issue afterwards made my truck run fantastic! Mark and his team are extremely helpful and responsive.
I was driving through Great Falls on my cross-country drive home when I started having car concerns.
Mark fit me in for an inspection at the shop same day to check my car even though they had a full booked schedule.
Would highly recommend Midas- professional and friendly.

We were traveling from Kansas to Alberta, Canada when our front brakes began to grind. I knew what was happening, but with the Covid restrictions and a 72 to hour window to get a negative test and show it to the officials at the border I was hoping to make it to our destination in Alberta before having to fix it. By time we got to Great Falls it was evident we could not go on. I read another review that stated how Midas techs worked them in on an emergency basis. So I contacted them and Mark kindly heard our story and worked us in quickly and we were able to make the border in the 72 hour window. They did a great job, were very personable and went the extra mile to accommodate us. Thank you Mark and all the techs that saved our day! We highly recommend them.

- I highly recommend this business for any exhaust needs or services. They also provide other automotive services.
- I had a bad experience by another business within the community and - Mark the owner really took care of me through this process.
- He and his staff are true professionals.
- We set up a time for my truck to be brought in and I had someone bring it in while I was on vacation.
- Mark explained the problem to me over the phone and then once I came in to pickup my truck, he took me back to show and explain firsthand the actual problems with the initial installation.
- Mark runs the Midas store the right way and is fair and reasonable.
- Thank you Great Falls Midas. You have gained a new customer and I will pass on by word of mouth of this positive experience.

Highly recommended! I was on a road trip and started hearing some grinding while braking, which is the last thing you want when you're far from home and have an itinerary. These guys really helped me out, with total professionalism, and got me back on the road really quickly with peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle here again.

I'm very familiar with glossary of machine shop terms and I know exactly what's wrong with my Jeep, the power steering tube is leaking and it needs to be replaced. I decided to call and ask for price, they still require me to bring in my Jeep for free inspection which I already knew what the issue was. Can't even ask to simply questions. Poor customer service with rude response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

EDIT- No way you can help me from that website, thus I'm not gonna fall for it. Nice try. *THUMBS DOWN*

I never put a bad review but I have one today.
I took my car to Midas to get the breaks fixed and after 5 days of having it they said they can't get the master cylinder to work. " after market " so they gave it back to me worse than when I took it in. Not safe at all to drive. Told me they called Bison and that Bison told them that there was a national shortage on Master cylinders. I called Bison and they will have one by Friday but they need to check to see if that is the problem. Midas seemed very nervous when. I picked it up. I'm pretty mad.

Oh; and my car smells like cigarettes the car has no brakes now. This is the most unsafe business I've ever seen.

Last night our car had to be towed to Midas after hours, and first thing in the morning they started working on our car. They were backed up all the way until Monday, but they knew us and knew we needed our car because of our kiddos, and they took the time out of their already busy morning to fix our car. We are out and driving and couldn’t be more thankful.

Fair priced fast and honest service. Went in with an initial evaluation of needing upper lower coolant hose, water pump and timing chain cover assessed repair cost of 1200. Ended up after cleaning up the mess there was no leak at the timing chain cover so they didn't have to replace it. All said and done, less than 600 to get my cummins running like new again in less than 4 hours.

The manager there is always so helpful and friendly and doesn't over charge. The service is always good I've never had to go back because something wasn't fixed properly unlike other places in town

Had an exhaust issue. Brought it in, was quoted a price and told the price included the whole exhaust system, from engine- tail pipe coming out rear of the car.was also told there would be some random service fee which Mark said he wasn't sure how much? He said could be 10-30 something dollars.so when it came time to pay obviously it was the 30+ random service fee and he only replaced the top half of the exhaust. I'm not a car guy but I'm not a fool either. He got me on this one. Good job Mark, I'll never bring my vehicle to you again. This is your stereotypical Auto Garage that is going to burn you, charge you max rate if they can, sleazy type employee. Definitely not honest work. Go some place else. Good Luck

I've used 4 times/2 vehicles - ALWAYS pleased with work. Recently had oil change, tire rotation, & aksed for a once over for 2005 Honda CRV prior to a 3K mile trip MT to FL. Needed to replace serpintine belt & CV axle ~ said everything else was good - After few days I noticed a leak @ axle seal & my trip was next day! They took a look ~ saw leak & explained sometimes seal doesn't reseat properly from old axle. Asked me to bring it in early next day ~ I did & 1 hr later was fixed (no charge). I made the 3K trip & @ overnight stops checked for leaks ~ NO LEAKS & no mechinical problems ~ THANK YOU GUYS!

I was on a trip through Montana and my brakes went out. Mark and the crew got me back on the road quickly and at a lower price than I expected.

Everyone was SUPER friendly and it felt like they actually care about their customers.

I go to chain shops when I'm traveling because if something happens, I can find another Midas, but the downside is that they usually don't have the most experienced mechanics, but that was not the case here. The guy who did the work at this Midas was a pro.

This Midas would not honor the advertisement in the Midas website for a sale on an oil change. Instead they wanted to charge more thsn twice as much. Plus this Midas said that we had not made an appointment even though I had proof of my appointment on my cell phone.
