Absolutely horrible experience. My rates were increased by 1.5x without notice, when I called to speak with Mike, his receptionist told me he is only available by “appointment only”, which I understand. However, when I asked to have him call me because I’d like to speak with him before I shop around, his receptionist once again told me he’s only available “by appointment only”. If you’re looking for an agent that will actually take your call, I recommend you look elsewhere. This is absolutely ludicrous.
