It's okay if you get the pass and you don't have to deal with the weird employees that are always hanging on for a tip or telling you b.s.

The folks there were amazing when I bought the car wash package. The manager Tristan was super sweet and understanding when I so quickly needed to end my services. That's where the nice ended.

My package was not canceled, and when I caught the charges on my expired card, I called to ask. The manager got defensive and kept suddenly putting me on hold (no music or anything, just silence where I'm talking to the air). I was told that I was responsible for canceling. My expired CC was run anyway. After giving up on the manager, I decided to take it up with my bank. Got 2 emails claiming I was refunded in cash. When I called back to ask, I was to that it always says cash when refunding a CC. The manager put me on hold while I was speaking, then passed me off to a different manager while I was speaking again. The next guy spoke over me, interrupted, and sounded pretty irate that I was questioning what the receipt said since my bank said there's nothing pending in the ether. He may have been telling me he was not trying to be rude, but that's exactly what he was. Talking over someone who is trying to understand why they have to wait a week to ask questions is most definitely rude. I've worked in customer service most of my life. I would not have spoken to someone like that. I did not cuss, get loud, or even accuse. I was trying to understand.

In all, I paid $135 for 3 car washes. Unless an actual refund does post, then it would be $45 for 3 washes. If your receipts show refunds on CC's to cash, maybe some wording needs to be changed in the system. It gives the wrong impression. The defensiveness and aggression lends credence to it. There are some really great management courses offered to help with de-escalation tactics.

Update: It had been 9 days. I called back because I saw no refund post. I called and was told there is nothing they can do about it, and I should contact my bank. I realize it's only $90, but if they do this to enough people, someone is making a killing in skimmed refunds. I've updated my rating to reflect this nasty turn.

Update: An actual manager reached out to me. Thank you, Colleen! You're a gem! Got everything sorted out, and they made it totally right for me.

Went through a $23 wash and the rolling wipes didn't work. All I got was a $23 hosing. My rig is still diry, my windshield is still dirty. I talked to the person behind the desk and I got a sad story about how the wipes have been broken for some time and the parts were coming soon. So, come back later in the week and it should be fixed. They would let me run it through again but the hose job doesn't clean my ride. They refused to give me a free $23 wash when there equipment was fixed. How many people have been taken by them while there equipment has been down? Paying full price for a partial wash.
Don's car wash on Grand Ave is the only car wash that gives you a fair deal.

I have the top tier monthly car wash membership. I've never had a car wash beat us up so much. It comes out clean but is never dried completely. It's nice that free towels are offered, but I shouldn't have to hand dry my car every time. The employees have been fantastic! I hope you're treating the well.

Its fast I got the monthly unlimited wash. Broke my mirror off because I didn't pull it in other than that hey not bad my truck stays clean.

Had huge hope and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Went through 3 time. Truck is muddy and the assistant manager tried to justify why the mint didn't clean my truck after that many times and then razed about a refund because I made them wash it a third time. If anything but a thin layer of dust the mint is trash and go to the wave or do it by hand for the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the mint smartwash! With some proof. And assistant manager started assuming I'm gonna drive my new truck through concrete. Just reaching for the stars with that excuse!

In the 10 or so times I have been to this place, I have gotten a refund on at least seven occasions because they're really lousy car wash does a really lousy job

Car wash damaged my front plate holder, scratched my front bumper, and didn't even clean my car. When asked for a refund, was denied. I will never use their services again and will be seeking compensation for the damage done to my vehicle.

I decided to do a month of unlimited washes. I paid $35 for the month which seemed like a great deal. This is for the "Coolmint" wash which is one down from the most expensive. I've gone 2x and my car is still super dirty. Not impressed.

They do get points for the extras like the vaccuum stations with the mat holders and the clean towels. But the actual car wash is extremely lacking. Might as well just have gotten the cheapest package. My car would probably look the same.

Paid $46 for 2 ultimint washes. My spouses truck had a fender pulled from the truck and both windshield wipers ripped off by the horizontal spinner. We let staff know as a courtesy to protect other vehicles— we not expect any compensation. Assistant manager brushed us off and said “I’m not going to say it wasn’t us, but my gm wont do anything about it so there’s no point in a report”. Not a great experience.

Great place to have your car washed and the vacuum's work really good Also it's nice to have a air line to blow stuff out and if you need air in your tires they have it too.

If you've been thinking about going do! From inside to out you'll leave with a cleaner car!

When you pull up your greatest with friendly workers who seemed to always have a smile on and a joke to add if you talk. There you pick up wipes for the inside. I'm not a big fan of the wipes but it's a nice touch and helps any collected dust or small spills.
Inside is a kids favorite! We always play loud music and dance along to fun lights (#mom win). The vacuums our side are super powerful and do a great job! There is an air house to get the cracks cleaned out too! Any holder and towels to dry any missed spots.

Well worth the charge starting at $10 up to ~24

Monthly membership plans are a good deal: $25, $35, $45/mo (depending on what you want) which gives you unlimited washes, and free vacuums and air. And their customer service is very kind and helpful. Thanks Coleen!

Best wash I've ever been to! Vehicle was more than clean, shiny, and dry.in under 3 minutes! I didn't even know they had Unlimited Wash plans. The staff was knowledgeable and super helpful! Safe to say, I'm a MINT Club Member!

Did the 24.99 wash. It was okay but not worth the extra expense. I think two of their roller washers were not working. One on the right and one for the top.

Good quick place to get your car washed a little spendy at the cheapest wash being $10. It can leave a little dirt but they give you towels to wipe your truck down or your car down. I would give it a five star but for $10 for the cheapest wash it's a little pricey

The wash is effective, so effective it ripped off the gas cover of my car. Also they won't replace it, so there's that. Use at your own risk.
