Montana Child Support Enforcement Division, Helena MT

The Montana CSED is the worst. Been taking my taxes for the last 8 or 9 years, and still don't see any of it showing up on my child support. Crooked individuals running it.

Good morning Montana! Everything is AWESOME, thanks to you. I talked to Kathy or Cathy today and she was amazing. I love in North Carolina and was told that they were doing an interstate case which was false. I've been trying to get help for 8 years. It took 1 minute for help.

As someone that is trying to do the right thing this website and process is horrible.

Wow and I thought I was the only one being jacked around here. We all need to unite and bring down the beast. This agency has been using the “existing” support order that was closed in 2015. Four years later they are still trying to garnish, the haven’t sent payments to the recipient child. The new ordering state doesn’t have any holds or have not got and payments.

The worker literally told me that all they would do is send mail and an officer to his door to tell him he owed child support. -80k! What a joke!

Too bad I can't give negative stars. Discriminates against men. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Forget about a straight answer. Paid this agency for 18 years and never have they reported me to the credit bureau as current. They are ruthless and they everyone is just another number. They won't be happy until you are homeless and then will continue to charge you even then. I actually work. I actually contribute. I actually pay for my own way and for my children. I actually have them half the time and would love to have them full time as mom is mental. But they don't consider any of the circumstances because I'm a man. Forget that mom has abused our children repeatedly. All this outfit cares about is demanding payments and ruining lives in the process. Thanks Blair.
