My husband and I purchased an amazing vehicle from Brandon this week and I cannot say anything more positive about our experience. He was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly and made us feel right at home with his warm welcome! I can’t wait to recommend Montana Motor Mall to my friends and family when they are looking for their next car. Wonderful! Marcus is honest, cheerful, helpful, and got us a truly great deal on a good car. Even with some credit issues, and without an exorbitant rate or any sketchy-ness, he was very transparent and helped us feel safe. And we drove off the lot with a perfect car for us in our price range. Highly recommend!

Great experience! This was my first time buying a newer car and Marcus made the experience pain free while also making sure I was completely informed throughout the entire process. Bought a commuter car for Work from Brandon. The next day had a slight issue. He got it in right away. Fix the problem. Free of charge. Awesome Service super happy.

I was looking for a very specific truck. Brandon found it, went out of his way to negotiate it for a reasonable price! Loan process and paper work was the fastest and easiest I’ve ever dealt with. I will 100% be back for my next vehicles.

I debated writing this as I have owned a business for 8 years and take these very seriously.

I will start by saying I don't expect much from a used car place. I worked in a big dealership as a service writer and mechanic, so I know the game and can spot most damage upfront and know the cost to fix.

I was interested in an SUV. I test drove and it seemed okay at the moment and decided to purchase. I noticed and brought up to him the atrocious balding of the inside of the tires which means the alignment has been out for a long time. He would not budge on price because of it and the only thing he could offer is a slight discount for new tires. Okay, fine I can get past that. The next day after purchase, we luckily were driving down an alley when the front right tire slammed inward and we skidded off the road. Mind you, since purchase we had been going 70+ on the highway to and from work. Turns out there was a missing bolt on the tierod end. Extremely dangerous situation but more so hinted at future issues. This indicated they do not have a pre sale inspection process before putting these cars on their lot. They take them in, don't inspect for issues, and push them out the door as fast as possible.

That was an expense right away, the tow, and then the AC stopped working two days after we bought it. Many other small issues since then, but we were 100% sold a lemon.

The other issue is the warranty. This GWC Warranty was touted as the best thing on the market by Brandon. For anyone thinking of getting this, they do not cover anything at all. They will not pay the dealership on repairs they say they will cover. Save your $2,600 and pay out of pocket. I never buy extended warranties but he said it's not like the other ones and they cover a lot of issues. They don't. All in all, terrible experience, not professional, and overall a pretty big disappointment buying from them.

I purchased my truck (1996 F350 7.3L) from Brandon and Marcus at Montana Motor Mall in June. I was deployed when I found the truck and was able to secure it with a $500 deposit until I returned from overseas. I drove from South Dakota to pick it up and spent several hours in their office until all of my financing was squared away. I went for a test drive by myself which allowed me to look over everything without pressure. The truck was in great shape and good working order. While we waited, my wife and I had great conversation with Brandon and Marcus and they shared some food they had with my kids and helped entertain them going out of their way to make us feel welcome. I towed our jeep home with the truck without issues. I changed all fluids, filters, brakes, and rotors and the following week towed my camper from South Dakota to Michigan and back with no issues whatsoever. The only minor admin issue was that the title was delayed due to issues with the Montana titling office. SD has a 45 day limit to register and the title arrived around 70 days, this caused me to pay a little extra to register due to penalties and fees but I can't blame the dealer for that. The truck is solid and these guys we're a great team to work with.

I would not recommend using this company. Brandon is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in a business setting. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was excited about a vehicle until I met Brandon the sales guy. He was very unprofessional he treated me horrible at one point he got angry with me for asking questions about the vehicle’s history. His exact words were I sell cars I don’t research their history. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend any ladies to go there by themselves and honestly I would just not recommend anyone to do business with Brandon. He refused to let me drive the car but it really looked like a nice car. I will say this I was happy to go down the road and purchase a vehicle from gate way imports I was treated very well and the experience was great!

I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and was extremely happy with the results both times. Huge shoutout to Marcus who not only made sure to get us into the truck we really wanted but also went above and beyond to do so. Would rate this dealership a 10 out of five if I could.

This is the worst. Was going to buy a vehicle here, however was not told it was from Canada, and had it 3 days and it broke down. Their mechanic said nothing was wrong with it. Marcus refused to refund deposit even tho MT used car law specifically says a person has 5 days to return a used vehicle. Stay away from this crook!

Honestly? The sale was a good experience and we really thought we went to the right place. Seemed like good people. But it’s pretty disappointing that 8 months after our purchase the vehicle broke down. This was our only family vehicle that we relied on heavily. After taking it to a shop we found out it’s going to cost over $10,000 to fix it because the engine is done. We barely put any miles on it. I’m aware that we bought a vehicle without a warranty because of the year, but selling us a bad vehicle (intentional or not) I expected a little more help or sympathy on their end. Or at the very least offer another vehicle on the lot and transfer the loan onto it. (And I don’t want to hear “we can’t do that” because I know for a fact you can per the loan companies advice) …Warranty or not it shouldn’t be a situation where it’s “sorry not our problem, nothing we can do”. I cant imagine doing that to someone. I really wish I could give a better review because for the most part it seems like a good company… I guess we just got extremely unlucky.
