Montana Vintage Clothing, Billings MT

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this spot during our quick stop in Billings. We had 30 minutes before closing so we went in “just to look”… wow, I cannot express how amazing this store is. Their selection of vintage is better than 99.9% of vintage stores I’ve been in and frequently shop. Their knowledge of sizing, clothing care and all around fashion is vast and their customer service has me planning my next trip back to Billings JUST to visit them. Coming from Los Angeles and growing up in Texas, it’s rare to find such a tasteful and well priced store such as this one. I also want express how happy I am that they carry more vintage men’s clothing than most places I’ve been. Within the 40 minutes my fiancé and I quickly went through the clothes, we both found multiple pairs of paints, shoes and jackets we immediately bought. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured into buying anything, only well taken care of! Seriously some of the most attentive and best customer service I’ve experienced. All this to say, I recommend this spot to any serious vintage lover who appreciates well taken care of vintage items for men, women, people in general!

Felt as though they treated us like we were stealing which i understand is an issue, but i prefer to be treated as a customer more than a criminal.i had pulled a pair of jeans off the rack to look at and within 10 seconds was approached by staff and offered to take it behind the counter if i wanted to buy it before i could really even decide if i like them or not.this made me very uncomfortable.also almost forgot to give us back our bags with stuff we’d purchased at other stores that they immediately approached us to put behind the counter (i don’t mind this policy but combined with the rest of the experience it was another sticking point) just overall felt uncomfortable with the staff and like they thought i was gonna run out from the back of the store with a $15 pair of jeans.

Sherry is wonderful, and the selection of items is well organized and varies in style and Era. One of my favorite shops in town.

Montana Vintage Clothing is a TREASURE! I cannot express how grateful I am for the opportunity to shop at such a fine store that is run by an incredibly thoughtful, kind and helpful staff. The staff measures you to ensure you find the perfect fit, also helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. One of a kind pieces can be found at a reasonable rate. I found a collection of pants, shirts, and shoes that were all in great condition! Plus! There is a store dog named Marlee who is the absolute cutest. Thank you Montana Vintage! These articles of clothing will be part of my wardrobe for years to come!

I always enjoy my shopping experience at Montana Vintage. Sherry and her team do an excellent job helping customers find unique vintage pieces! I’ve purchased many items here such as jewelry, western shirts, 70’s dresses and even my wedding dress! Definitely check it out if you’ve got the time

Wouldn't even bother letting me try on the clothes- old lady came up to me and demanded i be measured before trying things on, then declared I was too big for the items I wanted and grabbed them out of my hands and put them back on the shelf. What kind of clothing store doesn't even trust its customers enough to let them try on clothes?
