Moose's Saloon, Kalispell MT

I have to admit, I wasn’t sure what to think of this place at first…. But I ended up being really pleased. Definite local hangout, but great service and great food. Highly recommend if you are visiting Kalispell.

Moose's Pizza is a classic experience for the Flathead valley. Most locals myself included enjoy going there.

Was in Kalispell for an evening and visited Moose’s Saloon because of recommendations, ordered the “combo pizza”. Thought it would be average based on how it looked when it came out, but this was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was dark and had wood shavings on the floor. So cool.

If you're looking for friendly service at a saloon/bar/good pizza place, this is it. Prices very on par with other local establishments, and what is really enjoyable is the atmosphere. Old west feel, sawdust on the floor you just throw peanut shells into, the food is very scratch-made, and the walls are adorned with very "eclectic" artwork. I will certainly return when passing through town.

WHAT HAPPENED MOOSE'S? We have always craved your pizza! Tonight was unfortunately much different. Burnt cardboard crust, salty, and three slices of pepperoni on an entire pepperoni pizza? Tossed it after the first slice and put a Red Baron in the oven. Massive improvement, so sad! PLEASE bring back the pizza everyone loves!

First time in Montana, read the reviews and thought it would be a great place to go. Based pictures I thought they had a salad bar and apps but they do not, just pizza and sandwiches. When you walk in there’s no direction, your not sure what to do. No table service, so u have to “know this” and go order your pizza at a small back corner and then pay and then go to the bar to order your sodas or beer no other liquor even though this is a bar. Food was decent, it advertises as family friendly but it is frankly a bar and kids are really not welcome, they get the stank eye stare from the staff.

This is a unique experience in a dark saloon with loads of sawdust on the floor. Pizza was thin crust, crispy, and excellent.
