The instant I met Sabrina & Shayna I knew I was in good hands. As a property owner, my top priority was to have a low-stress, highly reliable property management company. They are thorough in their vetting of potential tenants and are always accessible if I have any questions. I’ve leaned on them a lot over the last 8 months and I feel like I hit the jackpot having their support. They deserve every 5 star rating on here, and certainly have earned mine.

It's with a sense of duty and concern that I write about my son's disheartening experience with this particular property management company. Prospective renters should approach this company with utmost caution.

Initially, my son was drawn in by the company's friendly façade and assuring promises. However, over time, the veneer faded, revealing a persistent pattern of dishonesty and manipulation. The disparity between the promises made and the reality he experienced didn't just suggest miscommunication, but ventured into deceitful territory.

Adding to the dismay was the company's approach to rent adjustments. Tenants naturally expect stability and fairness, but this firm displayed an astonishing disregard for these principles. Without prior warning or sensible justification, my son was hit with a substantial rent increase. This didn't correlate with any enhanced service or property improvements.

The company's ethos seems skewed towards profit, showing complete indifference to the financial strain their sudden rent increase could impose. It was more than an inconvenience; it was a significant financial hardship, imposed without warning or understanding.

In an ideal world, property management companies serve as a fair mediator between property owners and tenants. Regrettably, this company appears to have lost sight of this fundamental principle. They seemed more focused on prioritizing profits over the welfare of their tenants, thus breaching the trust bestowed upon them.

However, what truly crossed the line into alarming territory was the company's apparent retaliatory tactics. We discovered, much to our shock, that any public expression of dissatisfaction, such as posting a negative review on Google, was met with threats of eviction. This practice not only violates basic tenets of freedom of speech but also gives an insight into the company's intimidating and bullying tactics.

To all potential renters, be cautious. While the properties managed by this company might seem enticing at first glance, my son's experience illustrates how their unscrupulous practices and intimidating tactics can undermine any initial appeal.

This review isn't meant to cause harm but to raise awareness. We believe in the principles of fairness, honesty, and integrity in all interactions – virtues that, based on my son's experience, seem alarmingly absent in this company's operations. You, as renters, deserve respect, transparency, and fair dealings. I hope this recounting of my son's experience helps others navigate their rental journey with more information and caution.

Rented with this group for two years and would have loved to continue to rent from them but we moved out of state. They were timely with their responses to our needs and let us go forward with installing things to block out aggressive dogs and cameras because our neighbors kids were throwing rocks and climbing into our back yard. We got a large amount of our deposit back. We’ve always taken photos to help document anything on arrival to a rental and took good care of the home while occupants. Highly recommended MT Properties.

We have rented with MT Properties for years and cannot recommend them enough! It can be so hard to find trustworthy and transparent property management companies in town but Sabrina and her team are the best of the best. The time eventually came for us to look into purchasing and we were so grateful to have Sabrina and Christopher to guide us through the home buying process and help us find the perfect home for our family. They truly made it a seamless transition and were so committed and available to us. Whether you are looking to rent, buy or sell, you cannot go wrong with this amazing group of people!

I initially rated them much lower because I lost out on renting a property simply because I have a service animal. Their policy of renting to the first qualified applicant to pay a deposit means an applicant without an animal and more so without a service animal will always have an advantage! However the owner reached out to me to discuss ways to reduce this disadvantage which I appreciate. The main problem was with the agency they use to verify the authenticity of your service animal. With the changes they will make, it will help. But it is still NOT a level playing field for the handicapped.

MT properties group is awesome in that they bought out the apartment complex I was renting, and made the transition seamless and easy! All the staff is very helpful and easy to get ahold of, Shayna in particular helping me change roomates at the leases end, Amazing!
