My Place Hotel-Missoula, MT

If I could give negative stars, I would.

Prices are the best in the area, which is why we were going to stay here for 13 weeks. Half the staff I’ve encountered are polite. A couple are extremely rude. Especially one of the overnight employees.
The construction crews that are here have a few guys that are getting drunk in the parking lot, yelling and screaming in Spanish, harassing some of the females. They’ve made my family uncomfortable to the point that we don’t feel it’s safe here for our teenage daughter. The police showed up yesterday for some reason and rushed upstairs. No idea what happened, but it doesn’t improve the situation here.
Addendum: Within an hour of the above review, I was entering into the lobby and the general manager stopped me and asked me if we were going to be checking out that day. I replied we weren’t. She told me that my review was worded harshly. Then told me of WoodSpring suites, which is long term, and cheaper.
So we left there the next day and went to WoodSpring. Which is by far a much better place, so I must give a thank you to the manager for recommending an establishment that actually cares about the concerns and safety of their guests.

Good- kitchens for this price.
Bad. - no plates, glasses, cutlery, or cookware. All available downstairs for a huge markup ofcourse.

It was just a nice, comfortable, clean room. Plus the bed was comfy too, that really helped!

This place looks like a newly constructed building. The sheets were clean and rooms was spacious. Also it is just off I 90 and can reach the hotel immediately. If you want to go to the downtown, then it is a 5-10 min drive. The view from our room gave an opportunity to enjoy the sunset. The do have 'breakfast in your room' option but we did not try it out.

Great room! Easy parking! Straightforward clean room with full size fridge, microwave and kitchenette. Also good eats nearby.

No continental breakfast. Pay $5 to have grab and go breakfast items brought to your room. Also pricey if you’re only stay 1-2 nights. $20 pet fee.

Very clean nice rooms. People are friendly and very nice. No continental breakfast and cheap towels, otherwise it’s very nice.

Jessica is the most phenomenoal customer service representative. Besides the fact she literally is upholding multiple positions, she does so out of the most sincere desire to genuinely help others. She's very kind and helpful, atop of extremely knowledgeable and makes conversation feel extremely natural. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept and all amenities are always fully stocked. From the parking lot to the rooms the place is immaculate.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast delivered to your door. Stove top to cook on in every room, microwave and refrigerator provided. Only downside was the person I was travelling with for work had a staff member accidentally come into their room at 11 pm thinking it was a vacant room. My experience has been good.

We stayed on 9/10. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful! The rooms were clean! This is my 1st time staying at a My Place and I definitely will be staying again

We have not stayed at my place for about 3 years now- with this last stay in Missoula-the counter ladies were on it and very helpful! The room was extremely clean -it even smelled clean!
The bed was comfortable and the room is cozy with a good tv and channel selection along with a full kitchen and small table - we enjoyed our stay of one night - they delivered breakfast burritos and apple juice to our door at the correct time we asked for -so all in all a great experience— they have not lost any services or amenities in the last 3 years and perhaps even are better now!

So far this is the best hotel I stayed at in Montana. The Wi-Fi is a bit tricky for my PS5 to connect to it but eventually I got it, very clean and very friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly but never at the front desk.

Room was clean but smelled like sweat socks. Housekeeping only comes every other days (I didn’t know this and waived them off the first day… and they didn’t come the next day) so that was the smell of the stay.
Kitchen is nice except there is zero utensils, plates, bowls, pans etc. I could have purchased them from the front desk for more than if I shopped at Walmart (staffs words, not mine).

Bed was comfortable and clean.

All in all it was okay. Just over priced for glorified camping.

Beware of unprofessional price gouging! This 2 Star Hotel quoted me a price of $444 when I walked in inquiring about vacancy. Don't even stop. Drive on by!

Great staff. The woman (forgot name) has such a great happy personality! Poor quality. Way to much light from under door and electronics. Lacks I'm quality of care. Moved hotels. Over priced again.

The toilet in our room would have to be plunged almost every time we used it. Maintenance came by a few times the first week I was here but was unable to fix it completely and it would quickly be clogged every other time. They would say they could move me but they were full that night so could I wait a couple days. This last time the managed told me every time she goes in to the room the toilet works just fine and if I wanted to be moved I would need to wait 7 more days. I am on chemotherapy currently, I’m exhausted and the last thing I want to do is plunge a toilet almost every time that I or my kids needs to use the bathroom. On top of that I also told them that I would need to be moved because I am scheduled to have surgery and will not be able to plunge the toilet. Knowing all of this the manager felt the need to say I was making up the toilet not working (I’m not quite sure what my motivation for that would be as I haven’t even asked for a discounted rate for constantly having a toilets that needs to be plunged or anything - just to change rooms). Horrible customer service.
