I'm in Seattle order same day delivery flowers and chocolate my mothers birthday in great falls. Followed instructions and were very friendly, organized and they turn great. I would recommend them.

Stopped by My Viola around 4: 00pm on a Thursday. I had some delivery orders I was hoping to get some help with/advice for as well as inquiring if they could repot 3 small-medium succulents. I was told it would take 2 weeks to re-pot my plants due to staffing shortage. Little bummed to hear that but understandable. I preferred to not leave my plants there and asked if I could perhaps make an appt and bring them back- I was told it'd still be at least a few days to re-pot regardless- fair and again understandable. I held off on my final decision until I inquired about my delivery orders. I expressed to the gal that I wasn't sure what to order/what would be most appropriate for my occasion (condolences, etc) and was hoping for perhaps some advice/input but instead was advised to proceed to the website where I might get a better idea and see more options since they were "cleaned out" from Valentine's Day. I was also told there's only 2 staff at this time and they were "close to closing" (an hour away, and I was the only one in the store at the time). I felt brushed off, regardless of the gal's intention. And at that point had every desire to seek out an alternative option to give my money to.

Of note, I went down the street to Life in Bloom (1st time ever visiting this store), after leaving My Viola, where they were also closing within the hour and received WONDERFUL assistance with my FOUR delivery orders ($$$) and re-potting needs. They took my orders while I was present and even offered to communicate with me about which pots I would prefer when it came time to re-pot my plants (THE NEXT DAY!). And let me just say they also have only 2-3 staff that work this store (I think) and they never once mentioned that in a way that made me feel like they were brushing me off.

In all honesty, I can only explain my experience at My Viola as the scene from Pretty Woman where she's sent away from a store to then go and spend a butt load of money in a different store with great customer service. I'm sure people have great experiences at My Viola but I'm not one of them and I don't see myself returning there for any of my plant or flower needs. Very disappointing.

Today would be my parents 50th Anniversary. I sent my Mom flowers, we lost my Dad to cancer a few years back. She enjoyed the arrangement. You guys never disappoint and are always my go to flower shop.

Thank you for making the beautiful flower arrangement! My husband buys me flowers every Valentines Day, but this bouquet from My Viola this year was over the top gorgeous! We also used My Viola for my daughter’s wedding and they were just perfect. Great job everyone!

A couple months before my wedding I reached out to My Viola and asked if they could do the flowers for my wedding. They were able to fit me in and had wonderful customer service, everyone I talked to was very helpful. I really enjoyed working with them and the flowers were absolutely beautiful at an amazing price. Highly recommend!

Every time I come to town I come here for houseplants:) Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. All my plants from them are healthy and thriving

The flowers are very beautiful and I suppose that’s what matters. There were multiple people in the shop that were quick to help and very nice. However it only takes one bad apple to spoil a barrel. One woman was extremely off putting and upset we were not there when she was expecting us. The flowers were paid in full, meaning even if we were no shows the shop would not be out anything. I have suggested this place to people because of our experience up until today. If I had time to get my friend lined out with another shop for her October wedding I would. If you want beautiful arrangements and want to take the chance of who is working when you pick them up I would continue to suggest this shop. What a sad ending to what was a great experience.

I ordered a special "get well" flower delivery for my aunt and it was flawless! We weren't sure if she would like a small or large arrangement, so we chose one of the elegant flower cans. I really loved the options available, the elegant modern & class designs, and ease of ordering. The flowers were delivered on time, and my aunt loved them! She said they really brightened up her day. I'll definitely use Viola again!
