The piercing specialist didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. Waited 20 minutes and still nothing. The language from him was very vulgar and unprofessional. I would recommend choosing a place with better customer service.

Really awesome! Someone I know lost the ball on her labret, and had no money to get a new one. Whoever was working was super kind and gave her a replacement, AND tightened up her dermals!

Went here to get my tongue re-pierced. Price was affordable. Vito was professional, easy going, polite & funny. He was very knowledgeable. Maintained a sterile workplace. And calmed my nerves. Would highly recommend! Thanks Vito!

I really like the piercings that I have gotten, I didn't have to spend a bunch of money on one piercing. They employees have a great attitude and are very charismatic. Their my go to piercing and tattoo place.

Ya know when you see a grown adult dressed like a juggalo behind the counter you can already feel 90% of the confidence you had walking up to the door leave your body. Dude behind the counter was rude and has no social skills. He’s the reason we won’t be going here.

I have gotten 4 piercings done here each time with a different person. Each piercing I got, they made sure to sterilize everything and went over how to take care of my piercings. They did an amazing job calming my nerves. However, I found out that I was allergic to lots of metals. But they helped my find the right jewelry for my piercings so that they have the best chance of success. I am very happy with Mystic Rhythms and highly recommend.

The guy was amazing, and so kind his name was steve and was right to the point with everything, his work was also pretty great too gonna have to check him out again for some more ink!

Getting my first tattoo ever at Mystic Rhythms today was an experience. Steve was the guy who did my tattoo and he did an amazing job. He helped me through the whole process and gave me good aftercare instructions when he finished the tattoo. He was super funny and cool to talk to while he was working. The quality is worth the price, especially from him. Big thanks to him and I recommend this studio and Steve for anyone getting a tattoo.

My friend and I got matching tattoos this weekend. Nate KILLED it! He was super professional, so much fun, and incredibly talented! He was super accommodating and made sure we were getting exactly what we asked for and that we were happy with the results. He even touched up some of our older tattoos at no charge (but we paid him anyway). If I am in GF and want to get inked I will DEFINITELY request him.

11/10 stars for Vito and his piercing skills! His cleanliness practices in shop are top notch and he thoroughly explains the piercing aftercare process. He’s also got you back if you need help changing the jewelry piece out in the future. Very happy with my nose piercing, ear piercing, and him changing a jewelry piece out.

Really happy with the tattoo I got while visiting family. Moved to town and wanted to get a tattoo covered up my own work yet they still won't do anything with it. Was told they won't touch it is because it was done by someone else (wait it is my own work from many years ago I even gave my permission to cover it but nope) Guess I will have to call around to see if someone would be willing to cover up my own mistake.

They are all friendly and will fix any mistake. Only have had a few piercings and a few were not done right.

If you want good customer service, this isn’t the place. Jeff is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful. I had went in to get a tattoo. Once I mentioned another tattoo shop offered a better price for the tattoo, his ego was instantly bothered. The way he reacted and how he talked to me was absolutely not appropriate. I ended up leaving after he said “then go there, goodbye”.
If I were you, I would go ANYWHERE but here. I have many other tattoos and piercings, so definitely choose a different business. One with good customer service and humble employees.

The piercer guy was really nice. Be warned they use very strong language in there. And you will hear very degrading things about women. That was my experience. It made me feel uncomfortable. Loud swearing and talking about slapping women.

I got two piercings done there. The man who did them, Vito, was very nice to my friend and I. Three of my other friends had him do their piercings too, and they turned out well so I decided to go to him for mine. Vito made the experience more comfortable and fun for me and even my friend who didn’t get anything done. My only problem is that he did both of my piercings crooked and then the day after, my friends septum was done crooked as well. My other friends who went didn’t have that problem, so I don’t know why it happened to me.
