I had my nails done for graduation. The Gel polish started to lift after 2 days of application. The lady that did my pedi, pounded/hit my legs during the massage part.
My friend that was with me was satisfied with her nails, they lasted. The gal that did her pedi did a good job. Be careful who you get.

I requested a simple manicure, and what I received was a lumpy mess. She did not adequately remove the acrylic build-up. My tech was very unfriendly and treated me like a set of hands not attached to a person. I would have liked to remove my jewelry before she slathered lotion all over my rings. The previous tech didn't lotion my hands so i was not expecting this. I don't know her story but she seemed very unhappy. I didn't know when I should leave as she left me with my hands under the dryer while she went to work on someone else. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye. I almost felt like I should have apologized for coming in. The time before a different tech was not paying attention. She was busy looking out the window and was rough enough with her file to cause a burn. My index finger began to throb in the middle of the night. That's when i noticed a tiny blister with redness. I soaked my hand in warm water, applied Neosporin and a bandaid. It took a couple of days before I could go without a bandaid. Needless to say, I will not go back.

Worse place ever to go get your nails done and they expect you to pay full price on your nails when theirs is paint everywhere on your hands when I just went in there for a fill I had to tell two other girls not to go there because how the guy will handle your hands and he had to apologize to me multiple times for hurting me there was about 3 times I almost cried he messed up once on my nails then proceeded to give me to another girl so she can mess them up even more

So bummed. They used to be great! Brought both daughters in to get their nails done as a special treat. They were both too shy and didn’t want me to follow up with the techs. I called and gave them a heads-up regarding the quality.

Sadly not happy with the service and the results. I asked for a French manicure and pedicure and both works were poorly finished. When I was getting my nails dried, I realized the low quality of the work and asked to talk to the lady who had done it but she was gone without saying good-bye or anything. Strange. One of her collegues had to fix the finger nails that were looking bad. I don't recommend it at all.

Came here after having a really bad experience getting my nails done and got them redone by the nail tech named John, and he is absolutely amazing! Not only is the quality of his work great but he is also very friendly and makes the experience very comfortable. He was very detail oriented and I could tell he cared about the quality of each nail as he spent a long time perfecting them. This is by far the best experience I've had getting my nails done!

John is the absolute best! Every time I go in he truly takes his time to give me perfect nails. His attention to detail is amazing and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

John and Joyce always do a fantastic job. Everyone is friendly and professional. The salon is clean and comfortable. Prices are average and they have a lot of different service options.

I go here to see John. He always does a wonderful job on my French tips! Great customer service, atmosphere, and price for work.

John is an amazing nail tech. My mom has diabetes and we have to be super careful with her feet. John takes his time and handles everything. He makes sure she is taken care of carefully. He remembers her and her diabetes after one visit. I recommend John 10/10 any day. He is a wonderful person, great personality and caring soul. I will never go anywhere else now.

Make sure you ask for John, he is the best. I am diabetic and very picky about my toes and now John is the only one I will go to. He is very careful and meticulous. Very gentle. My toes always feel great when I'm done. He is the nicest person and talks to you while he is working on your feet. I think he is a great guy!

I have been coming to John for my fills and pedicures. He does an amazing job. I have been to many nail techs over the years and none have the attention to detail and pride in their work that he does. He is also very personable. The whole experience getting my nails done by John is a pleasure. I highly recommend him, and Nail Trix!

I got a short almond nails with cherry on them I got them yesterday payed 75 for them and there chipped and just not worth the money don’t go here they don’t really do a good and there so much air bubbles

I've gone here a few times and I love Joyce and her team they treat me very well and I also love that everything there is fully accessible and they're very accommodating

If I could put negative stars I would. The customer service is horrible and the lady who does eyebrows is so rude and rough. She messed up my eyebrows twice now and left wax on my eye lid and all the way up in my hair and I left looking like I had two different eyebrows! Definitely won’t be giving them a 3rd chance.
