North Valley Auto & RV reviews
6Took soooo long for title and paperwork to be sent in. They don't return calls & lied about it being sent into the MVD. I wasted 2 trips and a lot of time. Car is great but would not buy from here again due to the hassle & unprofessionalism.
We bought a car on November 14,2020 and have not been able to license it. No title has sent into Court house. We keep getting the run around from them. A lot of promises, but no action. We are very dissatisfied doing business with North Valley Auto and RV. Not a good way to do business.
I had stopped in and was looking for a little truck at the time they didn't have anything like that in there inventory and I was talking to the owner Sean Berguson he told me to give me three days and I'll have your truck here and I don't understand okay I just smiled and I left 3 days later he called me want me to come get my truck so I went and got my truck it was just the right price right mileage everything went real smooth couldn't ask for better very happy thinking about getting a nice motorcycle or a four wheeler and Sean smiled said give me three days I said well hold on I'm going to talk to the wife. 6 days later I bought a bass boat from him he gave me a deal I could not pass thank you North valley Auto, Sean Berguson.
BUYERS BEWARE. They sell stolen cars! Out a car and money. Was promised my money back but have yet to see any of it.
Great deals and very easy to get a vehicle right away, very friendly and professional
We bought a car for my daughter in December and just now got the title paperwork. I had to get a lawyer involved and file a formal dealer complaint to get the title over five months later. It was a car for my daughter, and she had saved her money to buy it. He lied about the title for months, only to find out he never paid the company after he bought the car. The MVD rep contacted the company and showed them my proof of purchase and they released it. They were holding the title until he paid for the car, which he didn’t. He gave me excuse after excuse and would even leave the car lot when he knew I was coming in to discuss the title. He also left the car lot when the state rep was coming in and the rep had to park across the street and wait until he showed up. Extremely unprofessional, save yourself a giant headache and don’t buy a car here, worst car lot in the valley by far!
