I have used so much. Low inventory, the information on computers is lacking. A very sad day for them. They keep going this way and they will be out of business.

Friendly employees greeted me and asked if they could help me find anything. Their selection was good. Shannon was helpful and friendly as she checked me out.

Office Depot was a nice place to shop and their associate Aaron in particular was phenomenal

Aaron was super helpful with getting my pickup order ready. He called a couple times to keep me informed of changes. The staff that was present when I picked up my order was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

The Office Depot store in Billings MT is my go to store for printer ink, printer paper, and other supplies. The staff are very helpful. I like that I also can order online too since I live in another state and only visit this store when I go to visit family in Billings.

I was helped promptly and the checker was very friendly and went to check for a matching printer cartridge that I needed. He found it right away and brought it back for me. I was also able to pick up[ some sale arts and crafts items for my little niece.

Good place to print, fax, or make copies of you need to. There's also all sorts of office supplies although I think their inventory has shrunk over the years. Lots of empty space on the shelves these days.

I needed to replace a rather old ink cartridges for an old hp printer. I was dreading having to go look for the replacement cartridges. I walked in to office depot, and the sales person knew just what I needed and was very helpful and very fast at finding what I needed. I was in and out of the store very quickly, abd very satisfied with great knowledgeable service.

Was asked what I needed to do, said I needed to print and fax something, to then be pawned off to the self help machine. She gave me a quick run down, I said thank you when I tried to print I had a hard time figuring out my phone. So I asked for help again and they quickly "told" me what I needed to do.all I wanted was the time of day, some personal help and they were unwilling to do that. I was disappointed.
