Old Navy reviews
11They had a decent selection for me and the family but what pushes it further is your staff!
Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Good prices. My only complaint is the toddler shirts. They are the same weight year round. A little too thin for winter in Montana. But great for layering!
Love Old Navy! I'm taller than average and the staff are always helpful in finding larger sizes (I wear a size 11 shoe) online and then shipping it to my home. It's says something that I've been a loyal customer for almost 30 years.
It's full of clothes and there's no old navy officers or any military in there that I saw, just clothes
I usually like buying graphic t shirts here. They have cute stuff, but nothing ever fits me.
My wife and I went in to look around for her some clothes. We couldn't locate them so we asked an employee. Instead of helping she decide to basically fat shame my wife. For anyone plus size BEWARE of GOING THERE. I would of done 0 stars but can't
Helpful staff, but limited men's selection so finding a matching shirt for family pictures was a bit of a challenge
Dorothy was sooooo helpful. She puts the S in service like the S on a superheros shirt. For real. My daughter was taking a trip to somewhere warm and needed to find shorts and tank tops. Old Navy always has some choices no matter the season.
Having visited many Old Navys in many cities, my wife says this one consistently has the best clearance rack. Also, it's always a clean, well -organized store
Didn't have sale items that had been advertised. No employee assistance or asked if we needed help. Wandering the store looking for the item. Had to hunt one down, to be told they didn't have the sale item, online only. Website for that location shows item doesn't say "online only" until you put it in your cart. So you have to check each item you want by putting it in your cart to see if the store has it?
