Called Joe and explained what my issue was. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he does great work Had to have my hard drive replaced in my laptop. Dropped it off at 11: 30, picked it up at 2: 30. Would highly recommend

Only place I take my pc to be fixed. Repairs by appointment only, so call ahead. Very happy with the services and prices.:)

Joe was super friendly and answered all my questions in detail. He fixed my computer for $125.00 and had it done the same day. I went to another shop and they gave me all these reasons why I needed a newer computer they had for $400.00. No pressure and he gave me a 10% Senior discount to boot. He's and older guy and he's not trying to snatch your wallet. Honesty, pretty rare today.

Man, this place really saved me. I messed up my work laptop and got a bad virus on it. I thought the computer was ruined and that I would have to replace it myself, which would not have been an easy feat since it was an expensive piece, but Joe here was able to fix it for me and save all the data like nothing bad had happened. I got the computer back in just a few hours, so I didn't lose a whole lot of time waiting around either. Really happy and relieved. Thanks!

I can't say enough about Joe from Old Town Computers! He not only fixed my computer but for a minimal cost he made it so much faster. I was completely down with no ability to connect to the internet and he had me up going and improved in no time. Extremely professional, friendly, and explains things very well. I was so happy to find this place! The owner was super friendly and gave me a great deal on a laptop. I needed a new one for working from home and it was really nice that this spot was nearby. Old Town Computers is hands down the BEST place to go for any computer needs. I called them in a panic when my work laptop stopped working in the middle of my work day and Joe was able to answer my questions over the phone and I brought my laptop in and he had it fixed in less than 4 hours! Joe is so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, reasonably priced, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and answered all of my questions. As an older gentleman, I've never had much luck with computers. My latest computer went and died on me, or so I thought, but the technician here was able to bring it back to life for me in just a day. I was super pleased with what I thought was a lost cause. Also, it was cheaper than buying a whole new computer elsewhere, so that made the whole affair even better. Next time I have computer trouble, I know where to go.

Purchased 2 great laptops. Joe comes from a time when your word was your bond. Old school Sicilian with traditional values. You don't see this much any more.

It was kind of funny walking into this shop. Frank Sinatra was playing in the background and an older Italian man was working on some computers. I purchased a very nice desktop and he made sure I understood what the machine was about.

Guy at Staples said my desktop was junk and I needed a new one. The owner at Old Town said my machine was actually good and he explained in plain english why it was. He put a new fast type hard drive and redid it for $225.00. The other guy said I needed to buy their 950.00 computer. With the extra money I saved I bought me a really nice shiny piece at Capital Sports. That's a win win in my book.

I had read the previous reviews so I decided this was the place to get my daughters laptop fixed. As soon as I walked in I smelled Italian cooking like my mama used to make. The owner, Joe, reminded me of my father and was kind and helpful. He showed me what I needed and had the laptop fixed the next day. Brought back good memories of home.

What a great computer shop. The owner is an old school Sicilian guy and I mean "old school". I purchased a great laptop at a great price. He spent time explaining the difference in hardware and gave me an instruction sheet to do my own maintenance. I live 2 hours away but for me this place is worth the drive.

Fixed my laptop in a timely manner. Being from Jersey myself I can honestly say the guy running this place is a fixer.

We have 3 kiddo's who are home-schooled and we needed a balance of laptops that could be used just for that. Mr. Joe showed us 3 identical laptops and all with the newest kind of hard drive. He actually spent time explaining why we would want this. He didn't tried to sell us anything, rather he explained and demonstrated each computer. I went to 2 other shops before Old Town and each place acted as if I were bothering them. For the record I bought the 3 laptops and I can't say how pleased we've been. What a treasure we have in Helena.
