Just want to let health minded people know that O’ Reilly’s doesn’t care about their customers enough to wear masks, such a small thing ~ my husband ran by to purchase a battery saw an employee at the counter helping someone with his mask down & then another employee walking in with no mask. We immediately left and went to the NAPA store purchased a battery ~ they were all wearing masks.

Great place to buy parts for you car and truck. I got some parts ordered from their billings warehouse, was fastest turnaround time in Bozeman. The parts came in and there was a mix up, where mine went out to their Belgrade location. Tim, their manager, went above and beyond to correct the mistake and get my part to me the same day. Very thankful and appreciative of their customer service. Well done O'Reilly's.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. However the staff does not wear masks above the chin, and because my loved one has cancer I cannot go there any more. FYI Napa does and now gets my business.

I use this store more than any other parts store. However, that being said, the experience you'll have here really just depends on the associate you get. Sometimes you'll get someone who knows a lot about cars and servicing them, sometimes you'll get a button pusher. Great store overall!

They are usually quite helpful. In fact, when I needed a tool desperately and I called to ask them what it would cost, they simply lent me the tool, free off charge. They are abrupt sometimes, but always kind and helpful!

Helpful But DONT let them put on a windshield wiper blade. Both times I did well let's just say Not a good thing I ended up at the dealership having to get housings replaced

O'Reilly Auto Parts is always the first place I go to when I need anything for my vehicle. The staff at this location is always very helpful and will take the time to explain things to you if you need some assistance. If by chance they don't have what you need in stock, they're very helpful in finding a nearby location that does.

This is the best parts store in town. The staff are knowledgeable, happy to help, and make the store very inviting. The manager (Matt?) leads by example, and is exactly the type of guy I want behind the parts counter. Selection is good, prices are competitive. I'll be shopping here primarily until something changes.
