Outbacks, Inc. Portable Toilets, Florence MT

I used this business in July of 2021. The service was great. Toilet showed up on time, employees were courteous and professional. The problem is that I was told I was going to be sent a bill. I never received a bill. They had my address and contact information. I did however receive a collection agency notice in May of 2022 at a former address, not the address that they had delivered to. The company did not bother contacting me, but rather sent my bill to a collection agency. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. They were unjustified in their actions.
