Ordered a Traeger for delivery in 2 days. Got a call almost immediately saying they had one ready to go and could assemble and drop off within the hour! Caleb showed up and got it setup for me - super sweet kid, really appreciated his help and great customer service! Awesome Ace location and staff!

God bless the wonderful lady working in the plumbing department on 4/21/2023 at 2 PM who ended a three hour long session of me getting dragged by my dad to every hardware store within 10 miles looking for a specific part for a dishwasher. It took her ten seconds to find the part from his description. I didn’t get her name but I am eternally grateful.

Went in to get some tools and a rollout bed, gave me a nice deal for the inflatable bed, very nice staff!

The service manager went above and beyond to help me get my snowblower warrantied even though I bought it at Home Depot… He went out of his way to help me fix the issue and it saved me a ton of money. Thank you.
