Very disappointed in the entire experience. This is the only local panda and so the only choice to go or deal without. I will actually choose a different restaurant entirely and do without moving forward.
The line is so long for drive-thru that you might as well forget about it unless you don't care to wait an hour. This is 100% due to the lobby being closed, so no one can go inside to order. Enough with the covid bs!
I placed an order online and came maybe 5 mins early according to my "pick up time" to pick up our order. I still had to wait 25 mins over the "pick up time" for our food to be done.that is definitely not acceptable, no matter what the case is.
I was offered a drink while I waited the 25 minutes, like this would make me happy, I'm not sure.but the gester was nice only considering the workers knew they didn't have my order! Management, better yet, the owner needs to find a better solution and fast! The other reviews look to have the same problem! Considering how much we paid, we will definitely not be back!

Super fast drive thru service despite the long line. Don't forget the soy sauce and sweet & sour like I always do, ask for it at the window lol.

Chow mein is like eating rubber. Chicken is mostly gristle. Fried rice would have been good if they would have put soy sauce in my bag like I asked

Only got a piece of beef (I ordered broccoli beef)
Asked them if they could give me more on the side, the lady was going to get me some but then another lady told me that’s all it is broccoli and I’m like mmm what okay so I left, the nice lady came back with a small container. It was all I was asking for….

I work out of town in different towns and order Panda every town I go to. Now I have to rethink this thanks to the Helena location. I ordered online through Uber Eats. Ordered bigger plate with 3 entrees. This is the first time I had all three entrees stuffed in 1 container with the chow mein. Ordered broccoli and beef and got a pile of broccoli and not a sliver of beef. I ordered sweetfire chicken and got 5 little nuggets of chicken with no pineapple or red pepper. It’s an absolute sad pile of food. I’ve tried to call the restaurant 9 times in 20 mins and nobody answers the phone. Thanks for ruining a good thing.

Quick and efficient drive through, food order was correct when we left, staff is friendly, the food, as always, is great. What did I order? Why a bowl with teriyaki chicken and white rice, sauce on top.mmmm.de-lish!

Delicious food - grilled teriyaki chicken and fried rice bowl AND mushroom chicken and fried rice bowl - was hot and fresh. Staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Don’t order a pick up. Go the the drive threw no matter how many cars you see. I had to wait an hour for my meal when I would have gotten it in 15 minutes at the drive through.

I love there food. Going threw the drive thru you don't get what you ordered. I got a plate and most times I can get 2 meals out of it, I ordered 2 orders of sesame chicken but maybe got 1 1/2.

Man I love Panda Express … but people working there is not doing a good job (one simple job of packing it and giving out of window) … there is a reason for menu with different food and flavors…. If everything was mixed, u can mix all together and make one dish in the menu right…? Everytime I get my food from the window, food is shaken and mixed well like a margarita… never will know what’s perfect mushroom chicken or what’s grilled chicken… please make sure atleast you hand it out carefully… or soon panda might become extinct again….

I ordered my online order using a phone, but not the mobile app just after 6: 30. I selected a "Bigger Plate" 3 entree and 1 side and was charged accordingly. I marked the pickup time as 7: 15 to give the workers time to prepare my meal and to run other errands before picking up my food. I arrived at panda at about 7: 10 and did not really think anything of my food not being ready as I was about 5 minutes early. I patiently waited by the order pickup until 7: 20 when the food still was not ready. I walked up the to right register as someone was being rung up on the left register and waited my turn to be helped. I waited there for almost 15 minutes while every worker completely ignored me and not a single worker even made eye contact with me or anything. At 7: 35 I stood in front of the other register blocking off any other customers from being rung up at which point an employee finally acknowledged that I was there for the first time. I was very impolitely asked what I wanted. At which point I showed my receipt for my online order and that I was very unhappy that my order was supposed to be done over 20 minutes ago and that not a single person acknowledged that I was there. The employee's response back to this was that I was responsible for getting the attention of a worker in order to get my online order made. Basically stating that it was my fault that my order was not prepared yet and criticized me for not getting an employees attention even though I had stood at the register for almost 20 minutes at that point trying to get an employee to even look at me and none of them would. The employee then went to get my to go order and handed me the bag without saying anything and turned around and went to help someone else. I drove home and opened the box to find out that even though I paid for a "Bigger Plate" that my portions were that of a normal plate because all three of my entree items fit into the two entree spots. The sides were what normally come with the meal and I have no problem with that, but I paid extra for an additional entree item, that should not mean that I get 3 half scoops of entrees instead of 2 whole scoops of entrees that you get for a cheaper price. Very highly dissatisfied as Panda Express is my go to place to celebrate a work week completed or when something goes wrong this is my pick me up meal. Yet this experience kind of ruined panda as a whole for me.

It's Chinese fast food, but it's quite good. This location always has great customer service and even when it's busy, they are able to satisfy customers in a timely manner. I'm always impressed and never disappointed with this fast food restaurant.

Tried one of the new dishes tonight. Loved the taste! Steak had some bad spots, but didn't expect top quality. Always pleased that we can eat well and not need financing!

Surprisingly fast service for how many cars are always in the drive-thru but honestly the stingiest portions I've ever received from a Panda Express. I even over heard an employee being chided about placing to much food in a to-go order while I was waiting in line indoors. At least I'm from out of town and won't have to eat at this location more than the few times I already have.
