15First time trying panda, we went through the drive thru and not only were they friendly, but it was fast! I figured it would take a bit but it was done by the time we finished paying.the girl in the window was super nice and all the food was amazing
Service isn't the best. They are always closing the lobby. Makes it super inconvenient.
This store is poorly run. Always out of food and they only take one customer at a time in the drive through (takes a very long time) The employees are rude and act like you are putting them out if you request utensils and appropriate sauces. If they have the item you want they typically only give 2/3 or less of the appropriate amount. Have reported to corporate as store management never returns calls.
Great experience, I showed up at rush hour and was in and out, all the workers are very hardworking and ready to serve!
Lobby almost always closed, can't even pickup doordash order inside when i can see it sitting on a counter, had to wait in line that stretched into walmart parking lot and took 40+ minutes of waiting.i cannot put my frustration into words, if you doordash, do NOT accept an order for panda in great falls.
Very slow service. Compared to the other ones that I have been to. Food wasn't cooked all the way. So differently not a repeat place to go.
Lobby closed on a Monday afternoon with a line stretching into the Walmart parking lot. Terrible
You can hardly hear anyone in this place. This and Chipotle need to figure out their acoustics. Otherwise great service and food.
Nothing is ever ready. I have come in at opening and multiple hours throughout the day and every time there are multiple main course meals not ready. Today marks over 21 minutes and still counting for a meal to be prepared.

Only drive up available. Thank you to the crew who did show up food and service was exceptional.
Took about an hour in the drive thru and the order was wrong, miss many items. This is the worst place in Great Falls. Never again!
Went through Drive thru for chicken teriyaki but told it would be 20 min wait. Got the sesame chicken instead. I still had to wait 10 minutes for 3 bites of actual chicken with a lot of green beans and pineapple. I usually like Panda but this one needs help.
Worst panda ever no manager locked door before they closed and said they were short staffed and there was like 10 employees working
Never have to wait long, the food is always hot and fresh and the Orange Chicken is soo Yummy!
NOT Trucker Friendly franchise. Does not serve food at Drive thru for Semi TRUCKERS after hours, if driver approach them by foot. Rude staff. I have to sleep empty stomach for the night.
