Panera Bread, Kalispell MT

Wow. Such a great meal. Huge portions. All quality in taste, temperature, and visual appeal. Will definelty come back. You definelty get what you pay for.

This is my favorite place to grab lunch on a work day just order ahead cause thy can get busy.

Great service. Salad and soups were delicious, as was Mac and Cheese; but the buns for the sandwich and served with soup and salad were tough. Couldn’t even cut them with the knife they provided. Had to rip it apart. Not a good fit for my 80 year old friends. If you can’t cut it, you certainly can’t eat it.

Although we love Panera. Their lack of staffing has really caused a delay in service. The wait times in drive through are 20-30 minutes so far and I’m two cars back…talk about being trapped!

Manager is awesome. Just sad that for some reason whenever I order a full sandwich I only get given a half

Service poor, product knowledge non-existant, food order prepared incorrectly and not so helpful to correct - one employee just walked away.

We had to use machines to order! We didn't get the bacon on our breakfast sandwich like we ordered. The bread was dry. Panara has gone way down hill!

Overall have improved in the past year, however do seem to still be having trouble with staffing. Indoor dining was better than drive through.

We ordered lunch today for our office and it was amazing. Michelle and her team did such a great job our our large order today. We love Panera! Great job Michelle and your team! My salad was amazingly delicious. I got the Green Goddess Cobb.

2 years ago in 2020, the service sucked.and in 2022, still sucks. I loved watching all the workers chit-chat, while the place was packed and nothing was leaving the "kitchen". Only time I'll get Panera is out of state. Kalispell franchises, including Panda Express, are ruining the brand.

So this is the $12.00 ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. New… Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. Don’t let the name fool ya, it sounds like it’d taste good. It’s plain. It’s dry. I wouldn’t be as bitter if this was a 5 dollar sandwich because that’s its worth. But no THIS IS A SCAM. Get any other sandwich or just don’t go at all. Good job Panera you’ve managed to make McDonald’s more appetizing

The seating next to the fireplace is so nice. The staff is friendly and it's always very clean and tidy inside. Lots of yummy bread, bagels and sweets!

First time ever being in a Panera. It was delicious, but kind of overwhelming and it took forever to get a bowl of oatmeal and sandwich. Definitely a nice place to sit for a while, but not if you need to be anywhere else within an hour.

The food is good, with nice knowledgeable staff members, and a well thought out dining area. It's hard to ask for more from a fast casual restaurant. The bread is fantastic, as is the soup.

My boss brought me Panera for lunch yesterday it was a cold sandwich I don’t know which one it was cause I always tell my boss I’m not picky but whatever it was it was delicious. The bread and the spread was absolutely amazing

Atmosphere is amazing, very nice fireplace and overall super cozy especially during winter, simply a friendly vibe. Food is really good and fast, a bit pricey but is worth it once and a while. The melts are very good and really all the sandwiches are just great especially the chipotle avocado chicken one. The bread loaves on the shelves are unique and are great taking home, it spices up your usual toast. The sweets are well made and great after a meal. The coffee and the tea is all very good and well brewed, and with the subscription service you get free coffee which is amazing if you dine often. Interesting teas and different brews of coffee for variety and every time I go each one tastes great. The people there are friendly and it's overall a great experience.

I absolutely love the kind, warm atmosphere at this Panera location. The staff are always kind and willing to help. The dining area is kept clean. The food is prepared quickly, accurately, and is always very well-made. You can tell that the employees love working here and that the clients love eating here. Never been to a better Panera. Also shoutout to Will at the Kalispell location, you absolutely made my day with your kindness and laughter. You deserve a raise and a special parking spot. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Took my parents out to eat here a couple months ago. My mother took a little extra time to order as it was her first time being in a Panera restaurant. The cashier/waitress did not even bother hiding how annoyed she was with my mothers indecision. Thankfully my parents didnt notice, because that's the last chance I'll ever have taking my mother out to eat. She lost her ability to swallow due to a stroke shortly after and will no longer be making a recovery. While she did enjoy the food, I dont think I'll ever be able to eat at a Panera again.
