Papa Johns Pizza, Missoula MT

Just like every 1 star review on this papa John’s establishment.it took 2 1/2 hours and pizza was cold. Ordered a pizza at 6: 15 online didn’t receive it until 8: 40. Pizza was cold to the touch. I called right after and got a refund from the manager named William, Thanks William. Glad I got a refund at least.

Every single time I have either ordered online or over the phone I never get my food, the call center sends my food to an address in another city 2 hours away from me. An the online order food has never arrived I've never got even a courtesy call

Idk what the hell happened to the food. I received my order, but the pizza was straight soggy and not cooked.

They seemed understaffed, unable to keep up with incoming orders and stressed. The floor inside the front door was a bit dirty from all the foot traffic, which indicates the place was busy before we arrived, but might have looked better cleaned. A few customers who came in waited longer than they expected to get their orders and were visibly disturbed by it. They had four delivery drivers and a DoorDasher coming in while we ate. It is designed for delivery and takeout, not so much for dine-in.
The food was good (tasted as I remember it from 13 years ago), but the service could have been better. Pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks looked and tasted good.

The Manager does his best to go above and beyond for each customer!
There was a small error with the computer system but the employees were quick to fix it!

If you get their pizza. Don’t get delivery. Go pick it up. If it comes completely destroyed, they just blame door dash. Then door dash wont do any thing to help. Horrible experience with both places

If you order delivery you better be prepared to wait 2 hrs! They "sent me with a doordasher" told me to wait 20 more minutes. Called after that then they remade and sent took another 40 min. By the time it finally got here the kids had pbjs and had fallen asleep. Worthless and I still had to pay full price without a coupon or discount to apologize for their horrible treatment and service. Only did delivery as my nephew had a fever! DO NOT order here!

Always great pizza or whatever you order, piping hot and even ingredients on food, clean building and friendly staff all the time

They messed up our order last time. We gave them a second chance.they messed it up again. Can't remember the last time I had a good experience here

Between the food and the driver unfortunately, this was a bad experience. The driver delivered our order only to discover he gave us the wrong one. Promptly after, he pounded on our door and told us he gave us the wrong order “my husband told him there was no need to pound on the door and in response he got “I’m busy your fine” is this really how you treat customers?

We get delivery only, but I'm sure the atmosphere is a typical busy pizza place. We also usually get more than one pepper chino if they are small. The website is easy to maneuver in, and choices are clear. Rarely a difficult experience and the difficulties are usually on my end.
