It's ok. Takes a little while to put your order together if they get a little busy. If their very busy, they can't hustle enough to get caught up, because there is very little hustle there.

My pickup order had much better luck than a lot of these other reviews. I was very appreciative of their professionalism at the store and the quality. It’s papa John’s but I was very impressed with their special-best one I’ve ever had at the chain.

I’d reccomend ordering via the webpage. Papa John’s has moved away from phone ordering and typically the phone will route you to an international call center. It’s easiest to just do it online and show up.

The ONE GUY working was amazing I just think it's so wrong to have one person trying to run a whole store! He did so good and our food was great! But y'all need to treat your staff better and give that kid a raise!

There was only one guy working. He seemed very stressed, but he did very well and I appreciate him for making my order. And I’m sorry he had to work by himself.

Sad, disappointed! 2nd try for them. Canadian bacon is slit strip of ham, and it was sparce along with 9 tiny pieces of of pineapple. New York style doesn't exist.

Delish! Definitely top 3 for flavor and composition. Not necessarily a dine in spot, but there is seating in the store. Staff is courteous even in the rush times, which is hard to do these days. Good job Papa Johns! I'll recommend your spot always.

Drove to this town all the way from Las Vegas. Checked in at the Ramada and needed food ASAP. Saw this place when I drove towards the Ramada and decided that's the first thing I wanted after checking in my entire family and pets after 15 hours of driving. Exhausted I try to call them to see if they deliver to the hotel. Being as I'm not actually putting in and order I had to select #5 for a manager complaint or anything else I was immediately placed on hold after several rings and just left there for several minutes. So I hang up call back and select option 2 to place and order. I get an automated message stating this option is an error. Thinking I did something wrong I called back and tried again same.thing happened! So if you want to put in a phone order it's apparently an error. So last attempt to find out if they deliver to the Ramada I again chose option 5. This time I get sent to hold after only 2rings! So I call my hotels front desk because they would know right? They said yes they do deliver here and kindly told me to enjoy my pizza (they are awesome here). But I noticed this place has so many 1 stars as of recently and you get an error message if you select to order over the phone then if there's an issue and you need to speak with a manager you will never get an opportunity to speak with one. So I decided to order from dominos. I put my order in and then received my order in less time it took to find out if Papa John's delivers to the Ramada. I gotta say idk if it's because I'm extremely tired and exhausted or super hungry but it was the best bbq pizza I ever had! Love the pan crust perfect texture and flavor. So forget this place just order from DOMINOS if you're passing through.

They were closing early but I get if the Covid has d affected alot.of people places and things.

I ordered and paid in store to have delivered at a later time. I babysit on some days for extra money and have a specific schedule for those parents. They delivered way early and kids wanted pizza as their parents picked them up but the order was to be for the night shift kids. Called and complained. Said they'd give me discount but never happened. My $60 something order turned into spending my earnings of my job spent on a second dinner. They screwed me, was rude about it and never refunded me. I'm so disappointed. I felt they didnt care and doesn't take accountability. Kinda bummed. Never again.

Gave me indigestion, sinus headaches, and heavy fatigue. I would rather get Covid again then eat Papa John's pizza.
