Patrick is the best local realtor to work with in Flathead County. He has helped my parents, brother, and I all close on homes over the last few years. Working with Patrick was such a pleasure. He quickly learned what type of property we were seeking-clearly understood the "wants" and the "must haves. " We were pretty picky. This knowledge was critical as we were looking from out-of-state and visits to look at property were expensive. We needed to use our time wisely and efficiently. His knowledge of the area mixed with understanding of what we wanted for made for a laser-focused approach for our hunt for our home. He willingly gave up his time to pre-visit and with one property video'd all aspects of the home and property and sent to us so that we could gauge interest (we ended up buying that one!). The house hunting and purchase process can be stress-filled but Patrick made the journey pleasurable, fun and turned us on to many great restaurants and local haunts that we never would have found on our own. Patrick would visit each property, Facetime / Zoom with us when necessary, and was able to negotiate a better deal for us with the sellers. Once our home closed Patrick did not just pick up and leave and stop answering our calls. He helped us get our utilities setup, he checked on the home and picked up mail until we moved in.
