Paul's Pancake Parlor, Missoula MT

My family and I went and had an absolute blast! Although being quite busy when we went, the staff were patient and kind. Food is amazing and proportionate for the prices if not generous!

Traveling thru to Glacier NP and found this gem! Great food and service! We had omelet, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and rolled swedish panckes! All delish and huge portions!

At 8am we had to wait for a while to be seated. It's a rather small area for so many people. Food is really good though.

One of the best restaurants this town has to offer. Yes, it's crowded and busy. Food is very good homestyle cooking. Pancakes are very tasty!

Our food was fantastic this morning and our server was marvelous. As we got ready to leave, my son-in-law held the door for my pregnant daughter and grandson to exit. Apparently, she wasn’t moving fast enough and the front door hostess told him to close it. When my daughter explained he was holding it for her- your employee waved her out- told her to leave and not come back! I would seriously train these ladies to know that they absolutely represent your business and this is never an ok way to treat someone and was a poor example to the small child standing their with their pregnant Mama and really upset everyone. It was a really awful way to end an incredible family breakfast.

Longtime treasure, excellent food and service but plan ahead because it's very popular and wait times reflect this

The pancakes were great, and it was a lot of food. The restaurant was slammed with people when we were in, but we were served quickly and our waitress was working very hard to keep up with everyone.

Used to be our favorite for years to get sourdough pancakes. Had a couple bad experiences though last year but we wanted to give it another try. 30min wait to be seated, then 40 minutes to get 1 sourdough pancake, 1 egg and bacon. The pancake was about half the size in past experience and cold. So the waitress took it back to heat it up. (She was being kind and trying hard) also got another small pancake. This time warm enough. Coffee was good and our waitress was embarrassed at the quality of the food too. We tipped her good but we won't be back.

Went here with my friends and family a couple times and got great service from the servers both times. Got a great diner style burger no complaints definitely recommend for a Missoula hot spot to eat

Only truly great hreakfast spot in town. Yes, you will have to wait. Yes, it will be worth it. Please support a local institution!

Food was great but if you’re charging for coffee refills you should ask if we want more coffee. Refilled our coffees when we didn’t want more and charged us for two more coffees.

Service was great, atmosphere was great. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was a miss for me. No sausage in it. However the biscuits themselves were very good. Friend ordered veggie browns and it was delicious. Will be back

Always a delicious breakfast. Everything on the menu is great. The place is always packed so patience is key to enjoying your experience

The wait was terrible. We waited for a table for an hour… ordered out food and then had to wait another hour before it came to our table. This is the third time being here and the wait has been incredible too long (1.5+) between getting a seat and the food onto the table. I likely will not come here again unless this is fixed. The take out orders were taking precedence over the customers in the actual restaurant. ***Edit** this occurred on July 30th, 2023.

We stopped in at Pauls while on our summer vacation. It was our last meal before leaving Montana. This place is awesome, food was great, service was spot on and prices are fair. Portions are huge, Pauls is one of the few restaurants that can challenge my teenage sons never-ending appetite. It was busy when we arrived. Be prepared to wait, the wait is worth it.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS! Their food is good. But the last 4 times I have been there are NOT what I know they do. Their new servers are so slow and rude. They don’t greet you when coming in to put your name on a waiting list make you stand there for 5 min without even acknowledging you are there. A kind “I’ll be with you in a moment” would be nice.for 45 min wait For 2 people.
I called in an order the other day and they said 25 min. Me knowing it may be longer than that I waited 35-40 min I showed up and the waitress said it would be another 20-30 min. That they hadn’t even started it. I’ve gone in 3 times since and ALways 45 min wait. We just need another location added. And better servers. I miss my old workers
