Straight to the point about what my car had going on. They have a text system which is very convenient. They sent me a break down of everything with my car and let me pick which problems I wanted to address.

I was fortunate to have been pointed towards Peak Auto Repair by a friend of mine that used the shop in the past. They responded to my calls quickly and generated an electronic quote to have my repair work done with labor and parts listed out, easily understandable, the same day I called. Once my vehicle was in the shop they got the repairs done quickly and I haven’t had any problems since. My experience here was very good and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for vehicle repairs in Missoula.

I have used peak repair twice and have only good things to say about this repair shop, I highly recommend it.

These guys are awesome. They are taking care of 3 of our cars, which are older, but always go from A to B. They just did an awesome shock lift and general service for a vehicle purchased at government auction. 2007 SUV runs like new. Highly recommended.

I’ve never had this experience at an auto shop. One employee didn’t show up to work so my car was there for a week instead of 1 day, then they kept adding things to fix, and they forgot to replace my sensor they quoted me for, then they misjudged the labor time. One of the employees kept bad mouthing the other employee and shop owner when I dropped my car off both times. I asked to see my old parts they replaced and he said they were thrown away. Do not recommend.

I was very pleased with thier work and they were very responsive to my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for auto work.

The employees I spoke to in person and over the phone were friendly, professional, and helpful. I felt really comfortable and like I could trust they weren’t going to take advantage of me stranded at their shop. They provided a detailed estimate which was reasonable, and they finished work before the estimated date! They accept payment over the phone for after hour pick up, which was perfect for me traveling from out of town. And my car is running beautifully! I would absolutely recommend Peak Auto Repair!

They made my daughter feel comfortable with the diagnosis and repair, and I felt the diagnosis and repair was well done for a fair price. As an out of state dad I am very happy she has found a trustworthy repair shops for an older car.

Needed emergency service and they were the only place in town that would help. Job done well and no price gouging.

My pick up broke down on a Monday night on the way to work. I was told it could be the differential, it's a ton of money. I panicked and started calling shops from a to z. No one had the time to work on my truck or quoted me 3 to $4000 I talked to Greg at peak auto and he told me to bring it in and he'd see what they could do. My truck was fixed by Monday morning the next week. The mechanic stayed late on Friday to make sure I had a vehicle for work. They even went as far as getting my window fixed for me because my driver's seat window hadn't been able to roll up for several months. They didn't want me to be cold. I can't say enough about these people they're honest kind and compassionate. I will bring them all of my business from now on.

When my car wouldn't start, another auto shop said I needed a whole new engine. Peak was able to get it started and fixed the issue - saving me literally $3,000. As if that wasn't enough, they were also in communication with me the entire time. Great service, great communication, great shop. I will be returning again, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
