These guys do some of the best work I’ve ever witnessed. This truck sat in a field for years with a window cracked, then was put back on the road as a daily for my time plumbing, doing asphalt, and welding. Needless to say the truck was a f-ing wreck.

These guys in the span of 6 hours turned my disaster into a dealer ready showgirl.

Unfortunately a small amount was missed by the shift boot but being how awkward the space is it’s completely understandable, I just went back with a wet rag and wiped it up, bravo.

Really honest and hardworking business. I called and short notice needed my car detailed so I could sell it. They fit me in within a few days and had it ready to go at the price quoted (sight unseen) and they even basic washed the outside which I requested to forego (to save $ on my end). Loved the outcome. Perfect finish did a fantastic job on my truck. I'll use them again. The online scheduling and payment process was very simple and a big reason why I choose them.

Not so perfect finish.

Long version short, zero attention to detail, poor communication, and lack of accountability for their own mistakes.

Took my brand new Ram 3500 there to get ceramic coated and tinted. The good, tint turned out great, the bad everything else.

Truck was dropped off by my wife while I was deployed with less than 500 miles to get ceramic coated, upon pickup of the the completed truck several high spots (dark/rainbow spots) were noticed all over the truck after a few weeks and seeing it in the right light. I spoke to the owner who initially blamed the paint of the truck. The truck was at the shop for 2 weeks to get the high spots fixed, it was assumed they now knew what they missed and to look out for it. My wife received the truck back and again noticed several spots still there. I spoke to the owner again who said to bring it back. This time is sat there for about 2 weeks. My wife went to pick it up and immediately spots were noticed around edges and emblems. They kept it for several more days and seemingly took care of it. She got the truck back and a few spots were still noticed on the bottoms of the bumpers and near edges. We decided to cut out losses and accept it at this point as the detail shop at this point had our brand new truck for roughly 6 weeks!

When it rains or I wash the truck, the area around my emblems is clearly different than the rest with how it reacts to water. Dust and light dirt sits on it differently as well. Clearly showing that the high spot correct meant just remove the coating. I've now got money wrapped up into something that doesn't even cover the whole truck and makes it looks silly when wet or dusty.

Throughout the process we had to follow up to get any updates, never knowing what the status was and when we would get our truck back. I did tell them to take their time and to make it right, however this was overboard, any other company in the world would fix a current customer issue before taking on new business, my truck was pushed to the side several times for new work.

Apparently several types and brands of coatings were used to make repairs of high spots etc, I feel like my new truck was a failed science experiment.

Would not recommend perfect finish for ceramic coating. Money wasted and 6 weeks of time lost with my truck.

For a 350 dollar job the car should've been spotless and smell gone. Bought an 8 dollar can of scent remover at Napa that did the job

This is a great company. They have top class service. I have had them ceramic coat a few of my vehicle and they have exceeded my expectations everytime.
