Brought a white wool coat to be cleaned. I was charged an astronomical amount of money for the garment to be returned with dog or cat hair and human hair that looked to be from different people. I will not return, cost is too high for the quality or lack thereof. Your driver is also a maniac behind the wheel.

Brought my suit to be cleaned, was told if I got it to them before 930 am it would be by done by 4 pm the same day, which i did. Stopped in the next day on my way out of town to a wedding and not only was it not done they couldn't locate my suit. They eventually found it, un pressed and in worst shape than I had brought them to them.

So I went to drop off a nice dress to get it cleaned and one of the employees actually called me and recommended I not have the dress dry cleaned because she thought it would be better in that situation to do a gentle hand wash. I really appreciate the fact that they didn't just take my money, but took the time to recommend what was best for my clothes. I will be taking all my dry cleaning there in the future!

It’s my opinion that Persnickety, overpriced because they “have to pay their people, ” is a rip off to the consumer. While they’re an excellent dry cleaner and laundry service when it comes to getting things clean, the risk is there. Items seem easily lost, and staff are “too busy” to find missing pieces. Management may or may not withhold information from employees and customers alike. Employment is “at will” for this company, and in my opinion, management prefers working with family members over long term employees. Use at your own risk

Got a by Wednesday guarantee. Came and picked up 3 of the 4 garments on Wednesday. What we got back was fine but seeing as how these 4 pieces are part of one outfit, it's really an all or nothing kind of deal. We'll pivot - as we don't have a choice - but dont count on the Persnickety guarantee.

What happened to that last garment, we don't know. They don't know either. They're pretty sure it'll be ready next week but can't "guarantee" because they don't know where it is.

Best case, I'll make yet another trip to grab my shirt and will just forget about the $$ I put in to NOT have a suit for the wedding. Worst case, I spent a lot of money to get a suit cleaned that I can't wear AND I somehow lost clothes in the deal. Time will tell. Good luck:)

I just paid $ 44. For one sweater, one top (which they counted as a sweater because it is “soft”, two small square scarves… and the scarves are completely wrinkled …. Not impressed…

Do not recommend, my experience was not good. I only took my shirts there.
First time, I noticed that many shirts were "hand finished" and they charged almost twice per shirt. I told them. Second time I took my shirts, they did the same. I went a third time and I spoke withe lady who was there once again about not wanting any special "hand finish", they lady acted like she took care of this and whem the bill arrived, they had done the same.

I guess it is somehow my fault since I should have taken my bussiness elsewhere after the first or second incident.

This place is okay. Extremely pricey. I normally bring my dry cleaning here but dont need to very often. This past time I brought some things that were sent to me from my grandfather and they STUNK of mothballs. I told them this when I dropped everything off and asked to please do what they can to remove the smell. They came back smelling just as bad as when I dropped them off and paid over $100 to just re wash them myself. Very annoying. I would say I wont be back but unfortunately they are the only ones in Bozeman.
