Never any problems, just fast, friendly food and there is always something you can get a deal on.

Ordered for delivery and it took over an hour to get cook and delivered, and when I got my pizza it was cold, the girl who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY rude and the delivery girl was also rude.

The worst restaurant in the world what a joke. Dine in they have no salt no fountain drinks and the rudest employee ever.

Good location good clean place food came in ah timely manner & also the don’t start delivering till after 4pm

That sucked. Gave us our wings right away. One hour later I got pizza. Then 20 mins later I requested the breadsticks I ordered, I got cold breadsticks.

Served with lots of toppings and hand tossed crust is what you'll get in this Pizza Hut place. I loved it! Plus the staffs are friendly.

Worst experience ever called them about a a missing item from my order and they hung up. Wouldn't recommend. I spent over $50 and the couldn't just hear me out about a soda that was missing that I paid for.

Delivery was quick but next time don't cook my cheese sticks so long. Dudes were crispy

The food was good, However, the soda machine wasn't working and they needed more cleanliness in their bathrooms

We went into the lobby to order and eat. We ordered several items, including cheese sticks, bread sticks and cheese stuffed crust pizza. The cheese sticks tasted like moldy cheese. Bread sticks were covered in both parmesan cheese and cinnamon. My husband's pizza smelled like the cheese sticks, sour bad cheese. We are swearing this one off for the rest of our lives.

Soda machine not working and dining room not clean. Girl behind counter said she wouldn’t answer phone when it rang for orders. Worker putting boxes together throwing pieces over counter into dining room. Not very professional.

The food was fine, but as a member of a family whose matriarch ran a Pizza Hut for 30+ years, I was disappointed. Staff not appropriately dressed, not well versed in procedures and looked like they were more interested in their own conversations and shenanigans with each other than customers.

Has been place, pizza was good but no drinks except bottled, no gluten free crust, bathrooms are dirty, prices seem high

One of the Employee's literally pushed me out of the way and then laughed about it. The young lady there did apologize for his behavior but it should have been him. Was not happy with the quality of food and quite surprised that you have to pay for crushed peppers & Parmesan after you just spent over 80.00 on food. Soda machine was out of order. Server boxed our order even though we were dining in. Server was pleasant. We travel extensively for business and will be in Shelby Mt weekly for the next few months, Will be watching to see if this improves. There are currently 60 to 80 employees there so hopefully it will. If not there are other establishments that welcome our business
