Pizza Hut, Bozeman MT

Staff seemed frazzled & understaffed.pizza was burnt.
However.my 4 pizzas were done in under 20 minutes.

Had to wait more than 2 hours for my pizza, had to call and they couldn’t even find my order and had to remake it. Plus the partnership with door dash is mismanaged.

Ordered $80 worth of food. Was told 45 minute wait time. Then that turned into 50, then 60, then and hour and a half. No one at the store is answering the phone. Messages say it's out for delivery then another said it wouldn't be here for 30 more minutes. Customer service only said if it's not here in a few hours let them know.

Pizza finally showed 2 hours later. Half of our order was missing and our cheesy bread came half cheesy half not and burnt. Pizza was ice cold.

Why ask customer for delivery instructions if the delivery driver doesn't read them? Asked for contact less delivery and specifically asked to not knock or ring bell. Well he rang the bell making my dogs ho nuts so then I yelled through the door and then he proceeded to knock making my dogs nuts. If you want good tips, then maybe follow simple directions! Everything I ordered arrived cold and not cooked well done as requested. Does anyone working in these restaurants have any work ethic at all? Anyone take pride in what they do? Won't order from this restaurant again! Wasted $30 on garbage!

Ordered the wings and they were fantastic! Big and favorable. Will certainly order them again. Plus the staff was remarkable!

Went online to place and order and saw they weee opened till 9pm. I called to confirm their delivery area and their message said “sorry we are closed”. No great service!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My order was completely wrong. Missing items also. Super unhappy

Good food, one of the best ordering apps and right on time. I seldom have a problem with PH. And their rewards actually are worth something.

Called the store for some details on my order, they let the phone ring until the store closed and automatically hung up on me. Then waited over an hour and a half to get a notification from my bank directly that my order was refunded. This is not the first time something similar has happened.

First of all this PIZZA HUT has gone downhill since Covid, Big time! Now they will not answer the phone for anybody other than DoorDash! We used to get delivery often and tip well! So I drove there anyway and ordered a couple pizzas, a hand tossed sausage pizza with mushrooms and onions, one of my husband‘s favorites. We also ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza is no longer hand tossed apparently! It was a frozen crust out of the freezer because it looked different and it tasted stale! I will not be going back for a while a lot of other pizza places in town that deserve business. Go local!

Are you guys closed? Kind of ridiculous you're not answering your phones or taking online orders at 7: 11 PM on a Wednesday night. Please do something to fix this, because it's near impossible to order from you guys if you're not operating during the hours that show up for Google. You guys also seem to run out of big dinner boxes a lot. Kind of sad when that's one of the big things you're known for and you sell out, please fix this issue since it causes you guys to lose money and causes us not to get the delicious food you make.

Don't waste your time or money with this place. Not sure what happened to the so called hand tossed crust, but it tastes awful now. Tastes like some sort of chemical or cleaning agent. Does this look like a hand tossed crust? And no, it wasn't made incorrectly as a thin crust. I think after 39 years I've had my last pizza from Pizza Hut

The interior of the store is a mess. I realize that COVID has changed things but that store was a mess. Pizza was fine though and the staff were fine. Just clean it up.

The delivery window on my last order was almost 2 hours and despite that it still ended up being delivered over an hour late. I ended up falling asleep waiting for it and it got left out on my porch for 3 hours until I woke up and brought it inside at 1 A. M. The order I placed before that was delivered over a half-hour late and cold.

Customer service could be more accommodating instead of giving excuses for not giving partial refund on an order that was supposed to be delivered when it was actually 170 minutes wait time and I actually had to pick up my delivery order without a partial refund for the delivery fee plus tip for the delivery driver intended (FYI tips are gratuitous but in this instance it was not deserved especially for the customer service that I received)

Friday night I order pizza at 5: 15. The lady who was very nice said it would be 15 minutes. I said that’s awesome but can I pick it up at 5: 45? She agreed. I show up to pick up my pizza, as I enter the door I see many customers with their arms crossed standing in the lobby. One couple next to me said good luck we have been standing here for an hour and all we wanted was chicken wings. To my examination I only saw two employees. One employee doing all the cooking. The other running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I’ll look at the counter. Boxes on top of boxes on top of boxes of pizza. I can see the exact a pizza that I ordered. The dinner box. All I had to do was get some ones attention and I could have my pizza and be on my way. Sure enough I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I sat there for a half hour just watching my pizza get cold sitting on the counter. Finally the poor couple got the chicken wings. However the chicken wings were incorrect. And so the lady ran in the back again to work on chicken wings for who knows how long. Finally the cook in the back came up and gave me my pizza. However sadly the pizza was cold and it was incorrect. I paid an extra three dollars for the cheese bread I did not receive cheese bread. However I just took the pizza with me because it was evident that it was a rough night for Pizza Hut. Too many customers behind me waiting for their own pizza. So I took it with me and went on my way. I know there’s a employee crisis here in Bozeman. But it seemed like some of the solutions could’ve been solved a little easier. Pizzas at least put in the heater so they’re not getting cold. And maybe a more professional manager on site. The lady that was running around that night seemed super lost And could not collect her thoughts. I love Pizza Hut but tonight is some thing I don’t ever want to experience again ordering pizza. You guys forgot my chicken wings and took 3 hours to deliver to my house that is 4 miles away.

It would be a nice option to know what the wait time is before you order! I and over an hour wait for a take out order!
