It was easy peasy lemon squeezy & the food was on point while being quick like a bunny, perfection in all it's glory

Ordered online said 5: 15 clearly they made it earlier got home and its cold. Not very good

Cannot depend on posted hours. They stop service early and leave the building at closing time. If customer service were valued I'd think you'd stop service at closing time.

Always decent pricing. Fast delivery. Great food quality. Never have any issues with this company. They have a lifetime customer here.

Management is the best I have ever have experienced. I would recommend to my friends and family.

My most recent interaction started out as a 1star terror show. Only person at work, so I ordered carryout online, paid, and had my son go pick it up. He called when he got there, said the doors where locked and there was no one there. I made sure he was in the right place, because that sounded crazy. It's 2 in the afternoon. Called the pizza hut on Brooks, they told me I was the 2nd person to call them about this issue and that I could order from them, pay again, and hope to get a refund when they opened. As I was getting very frustrated I got a call on my cell. The guy said he just got to work and saw that no one had opened that day and that he was very sorry about the whole fiasco. He asked if I would give him 30 minutes while he got everything set up and he would have my order done. He was very polite, made it right for me, we got our food, and I was very happy with how it all got handled!

The flavors for the most part were on point.the pizza was just incredibly salty.overwhelmingly salty

I placed an online order for pick up totally $65. My son picked up the order and when he got to my house we were short a pizza and the cinnabons were raw. I live 15 miles out of town and this was a huge inconvenience as I had 7 people at my house to feed. I called and spoke to someone in the store and was hung up on.twice! Will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

I ordered a super Supreme and got a meat lovers with olives. I order often and know that it was missing toppings-that I paid an extra $2 to get. Quality has steadily decreased as prices and delivery time (and delivery charge) keep steadily climbing. I am very disinterested in ordering again until things change for the better (for the customer)

I tried calling 3 times 1st time I was listening to a couple employees conversation and they wouldn't answer me 2nd time said hello and hung up on me 3rd time someone answered I asked if they could deliver they put me on hold then hung up in me. Unbelievable do not waste your time you might starve!

I ordered online and asked for no green peppers. They forgot. Other than that, it was a good pie.

Make the app I use usable, so I can redeem my points. This is not the first time I have had trouble. My son prefers your food, but I order elsewhere because I can get whatever discounts I have earned.
