Play Inn, Billings MT

Great place to eat lunch breakfast or dinner and a wonderful casino and Bar. I've always had a pleasant experience when coming to this establishment I love it and I'm sure anyone else that comes would have the same experience as myself

I ordered my steak rare, eggs over light and hash browns crispy with onions. My steak was medium-well, eggs medium-well and no onions in my hash browns.
The remake was a little better. Steak was medium-rare, but eggs were still over-cooked and no onions in the hash browns. But the food was hot.
The table was dirty and the sign on the table said. "unsanitized, " yet the waitress proceeded to set the table with silverware and seat our party.
A member of out party walked to the wait station to ask for a towel to clean our table.

This is a go to place when I'm in town. Service is good, food is yummy for a decent price, and the environment is friendly and relaxed.

Driving through Montana on the way home to Virginia our hotel have us a recommendation for Play Inn we were not disappointed. Huge portions of very delicious food. There place is known for its roast chicken which is really an oven fried chicken of gigantic pieces, complete with huge wedged potatoes and a salad. The fajitas were equally delicious and generous size. Both dishes were reasonably priced. What really blew out mind was a local.draft beer for $3.50. To top it all the service was fabulous. Throughly recomend this place.

Was told this was the best broasted chicken in Billings. Ordered 16 piece box with tater tots and extra cole slaw and extra tots. What a mistake.
First off order wasn't ready when I got there. Other people came in after me and got their orders. Got home and opened the boxes and found overcooked crusty chicken parts. Tater tots were way overdone and hard and crunchy. The guests trying to eat this meal said they must have a new cook. They need to look for a better
one. The chicken, after the crust was removed, was tasty. Next time I want deep fried chicken I'll go to KFC. Won't go back to the play inn.

The Chicken Gizzards are fantastic if that is your thing. I also ordered a 1: 2 chef salad to balance all the grease. It was huge and very good. Nice portions of protein. Real ranch too!

Customer service is wonderful! And the Prime Rib dinner was cooked exactly as we ordered! I recommend the Play Inn for your dining experience!

One of the worst dine out experience ive ever had took nearly an hr to get our food anf then it was cold when we got it. Will never go back

I used to stop here all the time. The food was good, and the help was great. But their bartenders are HORRIBLE now. Whoever was working 5/29 could use some training in customer service. Definitely will skip the next time I’m in town.

The food is alright, the servers are kind of stuck up, kinda rude but if you get through it the food is great. The casino doesn't pay out very well but the attendants are nicer than the servers.

Great service our waitress was fast friendly and attentive! Food was served quickly and hot! Was very tasty definitely recommend!

Good food friendly servers good environment. It was later in the evening when I was there so it was quiet. They have a lot of seating and the place was very clean tables all were sanitized. Good place to eat I had the BOB Burger Wich was very tasty. I will be back

Terrible food cold and old ask for gravy on side and it's all over food bad service I don't recommend this nasty food to anyone

American food and the scene at this spot is excellent. Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. The bill was well within reason for the quality. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Kansas City.

There were three of us for lunch and we each had the special, 2 piece broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans which is their Wednesday lunch special. You had your choice of either white or dark meat. I had the white meat and it was very flavorful moist and tender. My wife had the dark meat it was also very good.

Best place to go for lunch or dinner. Had the, ribeye steak, very tender. But a little overdone. The staff was fantastic though

I didn't appreciate that other customers seemed like street people. Sitting on the chairs with there legs drape across the other chairs. People were very loud in the casino hard to enjoy our meal.

Ordered burgers to go knowing takeout doesn't measure up to dining in, but all of our burgers were burnt and fries so soggy.
Was told our order would be up in an hour, showed up at 45 min and they were waiting. I'm guessing it had been ready for 15-20 min.
Staff was friendly though.

Went there this morning to eat breakfast and us and few other customers was standing outside waiting to be let in unlocked to doors at 7: 05 am and we all went in and the waitress Carrie said to everybody I'm no where near ready to start serving its going to be a few and I think she was rude to the older guys to saying and repeating her shelf to them saying only 6 at the table guys and saying it in a rude way and thats not the first time she has been rude to us

They do not have come only Pepsi. However the service is usually good. Except the karaoke gal sings most of the songs and there is not a very good selection of songs. Almost every song I have ever requested there they do not have. Plus side breakfast is great.
