I have worked for Raegan at Play n Learn for 3 years. It has been my pleasure to be a part of an amazing and caring team of employees! Well educated teachers that I am proud to say have cared for my grandson! I would highly recommend this facility! And Raegan is always professional with a caring and kind heart for her staff and the children that attend. Always an open door to conversations concerning anything!

I’ve been employed by Raegen at Play N Learn twice now & prefer this center over any other. Raegen does everything she can for her employees to ensure that they are where they would like to be professionally as a teacher. The curriculum is well thought out and the children are always engaged. The center is always clean and very welcoming. I’ve built great relationships with coworkers and families in the time I’ve been employed here and would recommend working here to any of my friends.

Recently filmed a promo video for Play n Learn, almost a year project. I've been to numerous daycares on job, but this is the cleanest and the staffs are so friendly and very caring to these kids! Probably made about 6 different trips to get all the content for the video, sometime last minute, every time i get there, the kids are having so much fun and the place is so well organized! I believe only a great Care system can make this happen. No kids left behind! Thank you Raegen and all the crew to make Play n Learn, an amazing place for these kids!

Raegen and her staff are fantastic! They care so much about the quality of care they provide their clients. They have built a sense of community at Play N Learn where clients and staff are cherished. The facility is top notch.

I use to work for Play n Learn. Raegan is truly amazing. She has taught me so much, not just as a business owner but how to have the confidence and courage to raise my family on my own. She has always been there for me no matter what the situation was…whether it was to hear me vent or needing guidance. She strives to help our community and guide children to bloom and be theirselves. Raegen and her staff will always go above and beyond. I am beyond thankful, grateful and blessed to have Raegen with her guidance and knowledge to help me do my best. I have known Raegan for many years. I worked for her and even sent my son there when he was little. You won't find a cleaner, more professional or a better ran daycare in Great Falls. Play N Learn is the only facility I would recommend!

I recently enrolled my child at the Play 'n' Learn Academy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to ensure that each child is engaged and having a great time.
One of the things we appreciate most about this daycare is their focus on educational activities. They offer a wide range of age-appropriate activities that are designed to help children develop new skills and competencies. From arts and crafts to science experiments, there’s always something new and exciting to explore.
But what really sets this daycare apart is their commitment to making learning fun. They understand that children learn best when they’re having fun, so they make sure that every activity is engaging and enjoyable. My child comes home every day excited to tell me about all the fun things they did at daycare.
Overall, I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing environment that emphasizes learning and fun. The staff is amazing, the facilities are top-notch, and the educational activities are second to none!

My son has been attending Play N Learn since he was 2 1/2 months old. The staff at Play N Learn have been amazing and so is the director. Reagan has been very accommodating and understanding regarding my work and school schedule and will do what she can to adjust when my son attends. He loves to go to daycare and I’ve never had issues with dropping off or picking up. His teachers are the best and always let me know how his day was and they always respond as quickly as possibly if I have any questions about his day and how he is doing. I 100% recommend Play N Learn, I would not trust anyone else for my sons care.

My kids went here a couple years ago and while they were there, there were several “paid holidays” but the only one getting paid was the owner. The employees were not compensated. Absolutely abhorrent. She takes advantage of military members and it’s awful. Do not use this daycare center.

I am a foster/adoptive parent and have taken all my children here and they have all thrived. The staff is so loving and accepting Everytime!

Being a teacher for Play N Learn has been one of the best decisions I have made. I had just moved to the area and applied to Play N Learn to continue teaching and I now have so much more than just a job. I have never had a job where there is endless support from the director and coworkers, both on and off the clock. The passion and vision driving the program here is remarkable. I have lived in several states and I have always said “I won’t work somewhere I wouldn’t let my own child attend. ” I have actually left jobs due to this and I’m glad and proud to be apart of this team.

Best daycare around! This space is unreal and the quality staff are carefully selected and well trained to ensure the best possible care for kids. The learning and enrichment opportunities are next level. As childcare workers, there are often many challening scenarios and issues that arise. This team always finds solutions that are in the best interest of the child. Best place in town hands down.

This is the first child care my son has ever went to. He has been attending for almost 5 months and he loves seeing everyone when we walk in. He never wants to leave, he loves all the workers, all the toys, and the freedom for exploration that he gets every day. My son is learning new skills every day and I could not be more proud of the progress he has made and the impact the teachers have in his life. Highly recommend!:)

The teachers in the infant rooms taught my hard of hearing daughter her first signs and were the first ones to catch her difficulty hearing. They helped me push for answers for her and love her and treat her amazing. It is so amazing dropping off your baby who is HAPPY to go to her teachers.

I love working for Play N Learn! Raegen is an amazing boss and she cares so much about her employees and the families. I couldn’t imagine working for a better business!

The staff work their butts off to provide a positive, engaging environment for the kiddos.
