Dont go here for an alignment, these guys are whackjobs that will deny they did anything wrong instead of fixing it properly

They were great. Great bunch of people. Their supplier was horrible though - took them hours to bring the tires across town. Long wait for the tires, but Pomp's staff was great.

Got me a trailer tire for 60 bucks out the door.was done in about a hour way better than the 600 dollars loves got me for the next day in waterloo IA the employee's knew their stuff and did a outstanding job.pomps are now taking them over so i will definitely be back for my tire needs when coming through good job guys!

The Staff was Amazing very knowledgeable and on the ball. However their supplier was very slow to deliver the tires across town. I will absolutely make this my tire shop.

I had an alignment done and my truck was wandering all over the road after. Had to go to another shop to get it realigned. Better now. Not sure what they did but I won't be back.

I had 2 tires go flat on a 53' trailer; 1 blow out & knocked the auto inflation off the other. These guys were busy, right before closing time, and got me fixed up and rolling fast. Great service, I would definitely recommend.

The gentleman who preformed an alignment on my vehicle, this happened to the new rack and pinion I had installed. Went to make them aware of what happened and the completely denied they did that. The guy there was real rude.

My tires were very low with the cold weather and every gas stations air was out of order. They filled up my tires no charge no questions asked. Will definitely be coming here next for tires. Great place.

Was horrible got there at 1130 am didn't leave till 230 pm was on the pad to get tire checked and repaired and some one came in after I had been there for over 30 min and they did there tires and did mine after I will not go there again they acted very lazy and didn't care I was on the clock

Jeremy, Cody, and Charity and the rest of Jeremy's crew are wonderful! We surely appreciate the good local service they give the community of Lockwood and beyond. I purchased a set of Bridgestone Blizzak tires for my Buick and it changed the way my car drives in the snow. I am very happy with my tires and the great service we always get at Whalen Tire.

They got me back rolling but they hit me for $400 for a used tire. Normally road calls are 250 to 300 for a used tire. They are very high but again they got me back rolling. ‍️

Brought my pickup in with a screw in the tire and within minutes they had the tire off and getting it fixed. My coffee didn't have a chance to get cold.
Highly highly recommended them.

I took my car in for new tires. They were all very nice and fast. It took an hour for my tires. Very easy to work with too. I would go there again for sure.

Awesome guys! We were on a road trip with the kids and ran over something on the highway. They had us in and out super fast, and no nonsense. They did a quick patch up while we waited in the car. It took maybe 30 minutes (or less), and the price was right. I highly recommend this place for fast and friendly service.

1000 miles from home with a tire going flat is the situation I found myself in. They got me in and taken care of. Back on the road. Great guys.

A little back story. After scheduling an alignment with another tire shop, we showed up and a wide-eyed young man exclaimed "we can't fit your truck in our bay! " Well, we HAD to have that alignment TODAY. So I proceeded to call over 15 shops in the Billings area. I understand that it was short notice, but it blows my mind that two others said they had space, only to second guess this when I requested they verify they can fit my truck. All told, 7 of the 15 do NOT have room for a *stock F350 long bed truck*.

Anyway, one of the other shops recommended Whalen Tire. And when I explained my situation, they said, "how soon can you be here? "

Came here because my fiancé and I own an rv and it was leaking air out of one of the tires, they were very quick on responding to the situation. They were very helpful. I apologize I do not remember the name of the employee that helped us. But we thank you guys very much you saved us from a lot of heartache.

Completely terrible service. Brought my vehicle in at 9am, at 10am was told it would about two hours. I waited 3 hours and didnt recieve a call so I went down there. Car still wasn't finished and no one greeted me or told me it would be an additional 3 hours. Terrible customer service they should be embarrassed.
