Our son and daughter in law expecting their first child and we are visiting for michigan and they were nice of enough to give us a tour. We feel alot better knowing and seeing where our granddaughter will be born and the staff there

My mother was hospitalized for a heart attack and every morning that I would show up her breakfast was gone. I would have to ask every lunch and supper where her meal was and after checking it showed she was wasn't getting breakfast and going 18-20 hours without food. They wouldn't even apologize or acknowledge that it was a serious problem. They won't even call me back because I want safeguards put in place and as far as I know they haven't corrected anything. I'm guessing it's because of legal reasons. It's always about money with these people.

I was in the ER 12/9/23 around about 3pm. My doctor's and nurses where fine. THE receptionist was not so good. She has long black hair and wears glasses. Either she is racist or afraid of sick people.

I had a mask on when I came in and she proceeded to close the window even more than it already. As to say EWWW!

Plus, I left my battery pack in the ER waiting room. When I was released she put on a GLOVE and handed to me with the door partially open. Ma'am you are in the wrong career if you are that afraid of sick people or black people.
Either way, I didn't like how that made me feel.thus this review.

I am 22. Was brought in by ambulance with stroke symptoms. Facial droop, couldn't get any words out, numbness, etc. This was the second time that month it happened and I explained that to them (I didn't go to the hospital the first time because I was afraid they would do nothing and still bill me). Ambulance said they think its a stroke. We went to St. Pats and was told it was a migraine because I have a past of migraines. They did 0 tests on me, did not draw blood, and did not do scans. They just gave me medication and told me they were sending me home. We tried to ask them what to do if it happens again and if I should go see a neurologist. The doctor acted super annoyed and wasn't very friendly. I was treated like a teenager with a headache. The next day it happend again and again the next. After the 4th time, I went to community and they did scans and blood tests immediately and said I had several strokes.

Absolutely horrible. I sat in the ER without any service for 2 hours after being brought in via ambulance, screaming in pain from a kidney infection. I pressed the call button multiple times but was completely ignored. Once or twice a nurse would come in, ask what I needed, then run right back out on the promise to get something for me, though still, nothing was done.

Nurses, doctors and especially the ED techs in the emergency department are very unprofessional and borderline on being verbally abusive.

I was impressed with this hospital. I am from Utah and we were visiting MT when I had right sided flank pain, and they got me in and took care of me. It was a little scary at first not ever being there before and I had no idea what I was getting into. Everyone was very nice, and helped me with my kidney issues. I am so thankful for such great nurses and doctors!

I went to St Pats emergency room experiencing a dangerous hypertensive crisis, and they let me lay on the floor in a puddle of mud for an hour. I could have died. To be fair, they issued a letter of apology, and said they would make some improvements. I would not recommend this hospital.

I look at these reviews and its either 1 star or 5. My first thought; are all the 1 stars medicaid/Medicare or people in pain. Are the 5 stars privately insured patients. My every experience with this hospital has been HORRIBLE!

Almost 5 hours for an intake process and still not done. This is why more people avoid hospitals. Beyond ridiculous.

I don't usually leave reviews but here we go.
Last year was the scariest year of my life. I was VERY sick and a huge reason I was sick for so long was because my infections, deficiencies were ignored by doctors. I was gaslit multiple times going to providence and now I'm in medical debt. I was told I just have anxiety and covid pretty much.
I had a double ear and sinus infection that went untreated for about 2 months. Everytime I went into providence they told me "I just had covid". So I ended up going to community medical center where they treated me properly and let me know that my infection was spreading pretty bad.
I was the weakest I've ever been in my life. I could barley walk up a flight of stairs without feeling faint.
This happened alot last year. Like I said I was super sick and I'm not sure what exactly why but my guess is because my issues were being ignored or not taken seriously.
I was iron deficient at one point and my primary had ordered me an infusion, when I went into the hospital for a related issue I notified them of my deficiency and they told me "you aren't iron deficient I don't know why you keep saying that" (even though I obviously was). I had a skin infection that also was ignored. They told me to just take benadryl and go home. So I went to community medical center where they told me I had a very fast spreading skin infection. Treated me on the spot and sent me on my way to get antibiotics. I could honestly go on and on but I'm not going to.
I know doctors are overworked right now but because my infections, deficiencies went on for so long I now have a nervous system disorder. I had to move to a different state to get the proper treatment because I didn't trust the doctors in montana any longer.
I'm a young adult who lives paycheck to paycheck at the moment because I am in medical debt over issues that were ignored.

The staff during my surgery were great, but the billing process has been a nightmare. I'm being charged over 1k more than my EOB says I should, and it has been impossible to get them to fix it. I will never have services done here again if I can avoid it.

St Patrick’s Hospital was wonderful to my brother, he stayed in the actual hospital for 1 week and then started at the Cancer Center for treatment 1 week later.

At the cancer center, you have an unbelievably, kind and helpful front desk team. Those ladies are thoughtful, compassionate and willing to try to help patients solve problems.

The nurses in the IV center, just lovely. Brittni with an “I” diligent and sweet, Brittney with a “y” the “Vein Boss. ”

The pharmacist, pharmacist manager thank you for working with us on a very complicated care plan.

Ashley & Corrie who run paperwork central, miracles happen because of the work you did.

I’m so impressed by the way this hospital functioned. I’m from out of state and came up to Missoula, totally unprepared to handle a terminal diagnosis.

Every person we came in contact with was able to look up what had happened at the hospital. Call each other, coordinate a care plan and get my brother medicine and chemo treatment. Umm that’s pretty amazing!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My experience has been with the OB department and giving labor there. Dr. Humble & his staff are amazing throughout the pregnancy appointments, too.

There is something very wrong at this hospital. Someone illegally accessed my family member's record and the hospitals response is that it was an accident. This accident resulted in someone adding personal medical records from a private MD to the hospital record. This was no accident. It was intentional. This is a clear violation of privacy practices and the hospital is protected from prosecution in the state of Montana. St Pats will not answer how non-hospital records were input into their records by that chance, "accidental" encounter. I wonder what else they are hiding.
