Rails Inn Motel, Forsyth MT

The staff at Rails in was extremely accommodating and has phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend anyone in need use them. If I am in the area again, I will definitely be back.

I've been locked out of my room twice now even though I have an extended stay reservation here.
Work 12 hours come back to find I can't get in my room! Now its 12: 30am in the morning and I can't get a hold of anyone to correct this problem?
Going to have to sleep in my rig until someone gets here at 6am!

I highly recommend this motel if you travel to Forsyth - all of the front desk ladies I encountered have been helping out both Day and Night shift in this well-kept motel and they all are generous of spirits. The room is so clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The two twin size beds have plenty of spaces for my luggage. The air conditioner was working perfectly when you mostly needed when the outside temperature was three digits. I have not seen any flying insects in the room vs everywhere outside (the river is nearby).

When I checked out I was not able to get my (five) ice packs out of the freezer as they stuck to inside. The motel kept my ice packs for me in their own freezer until I come back to pick them up affter work. I was so happy to drive back home with the nice and cool drinks with the ice packs I keep in my cooler. Thank you so much! ️

In room coffee! Housekeeping every day! Hot breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Microwave and mini fridge. They allow pets!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and the operators are very personable.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, big parking lot, trucker friendly and pet friendly. Would stay again.

The walls and floors are paper thin. And everything is loud as hell. Bring ear plugs.everything is fine except for this. It’s bad.

Were very accommodating of our time schedule. We had a late arrival and arrangements were made over the phone about where the keys would be left along with having a roll up bed available for us. We loved the fact that we were trusted to come in late with them not knowing us. I would recommend for anyone to stay here!

I was surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff treat you like family they have known for a long time! When my crew came under crisis, they took us in at a good rate!

The lady at the front got us a room on short notice, was fast and very kind. My car was packed with all of our belongings and we worried about theft, but we had absolutely no problems what so ever with anyone. Water is super hot, so that was nice.

Clean, decent sized, room. Clean bathroom. Amazing staff. We will forever remember Tracy with fondness. Adequate breakfast bar. Establishment is dated but well cared for.

Very clean, friendly! They have the BEST towels of any hotel I've ever stayed at! Comfortable beds and pillows!

2nd stay. I would stay here even if there was a brand new Holiday Inn next door offering me a free room.
