Their inventory is good and they try to work with you as best they can but still a little pricey for what I'm trying to do but if you're looking for a good j Cole trailer or fifth wheel that's the place to go

Brian is fantastic. As crazy as the market is right now, he helped my fiance' and I find the perfect trailer at a great price. He made sure we had all the equipment we needed, showed us how everything worked and did it all on our time and his day off. This is the second rv my family has got from Brian and Rangitsch. Couldn't be happier.

We were traveling and stopped in Missoula, MT at the VW dealership to get a key made for our VW. Needless to say their parts department “guy” was awful!

We also needed a few things for our RV and found this company close by. We have an older model RV and was impressed with the many items they have on hand. Hard to find items at that. We asked one of the guys if you had this and that and of course he would go find what we wasn’t able to find. Even while he was running around and I do mean running around looking for parts for phone customers on or on site customers. This guy was amazing!

Once we was ready to check out I asked him for a card as once my husband and I make a decision on the electrical upgrade we will no doubt place the order with your company because of the customer service. I asked for a card but he didn’t have a card with his name on it so I asked him his name. Andy. What a gem. We’ve owned our own company and I have been in management leadership for several years and there are not very many Andy’s. I hope you are paying him well.
Perhaps you can send Andy over to school the VW parts guy in manners, customer service and work ethics.

Please thank Andy for his helpful and pleasant experience especially after a bad experience at a neighboring business.

Very helpful friendly folks in Customer Service and Parts Department. They had all the parts I needed in stock. Their parts department is well stocked with RV parts and prices are good.

Not a lot of stock and not really wanting to discuss what they'll give you for your trade in so you don't really know what you are getting for it and what you're paying for the next one. Don't seem interested in negotiating and giving actual numbers.

Extremely disappointed! Paid cash for a Palomino truck camper in March, 2020. Bought a new GMC Sierra pickup the week prior. Would have written a glowing review based on the sale and repair of a wiring problem we discovered when we got home to Idaho. Jack Dallmann was friendly and helpful.until there was a problem. A big problem. We had no reason to take the camper off our pickup after Rangitsch Brothers technicians put it on, twice. Once, the day we bought it and again when they repaired the wiring problem on May 4. It's camping season! Took the camper off for the first time in late July to haul hay and were shocked to see the bed of our pickup was severely damaged. The wheel well was bashed in and actually separated from the bed, and there was a large dent on the front of the bed near the cab. The ONLY time the new camper had been put on and taken off our new pickup was at Rangitsch Brothers. We informed Jack of our discovery and sent pictures of the damage. Jack promptly referred us to the service department and we were contacted by the Warranty Manager/Service Writer who requested more pictures of the pickup and camper damage. Soon after, we were informed by Rangitsch Brothers that they were taking no responsibility for the damage since they had no way of proving that their shop technicians were at fault. True, we did not see them do it; we were not in the shop. So, in effect, they were accusing us, cash paying customers, of lying. We know the damage occurred in their shop, and we expected them to extend that friendly personable customer service we experienced during the sale and warranty service. We were dumped and now faced with paying a $500 deductible to OUR insurance carrier to cover the damages in excess of $4,000 caused by Rangitsch Brothers service technicians.
We will not hesitate to discourage others from doing business with Rangitsch Brothers.

I worked with Kip Kulju at Rangitsch Brothers RV and he was truly the most knowledgeable and professional RV sales person I have come across. I contacted several dealerships around the country looking for what I wanted and talked to many sales people, and even though Kip and I were unable to put a deal together he truly stood out from the crowd. I felt comfortable and confident working with him. I wish I could find a Kip Kulju at every dealership but so far there seems to be only one.

After searching all over town we found a tub faucet to fit in our home! Don't give up until you try here!

I bought a new Jayco from them last summer, only used it 2 times. Used it twice again this summer and spent more time in it because of the raining weekend so was really better able to look it over. We noticed 2 huge places on the walls where the interior paneling was buckling. 3 doors would not shut and latch and 2 curtains would not pull down or go up properly. And we had noticed a huge wet spot under the entry door which was a leak under the kitchen sink. To top it off the door screen lacked shutting at the top so more bugs in the trailer then outside. So we took it in for warranty repairs in July of ths year, they had it all summer and the repair work is terrible. The door install is worse then the original and the trim is still buckling like it was originally. There is absolutely no pride in there repairs, it looks terrible. And the door reair looks like it will leak at the top. I didn't even try the plumbing repairs as winter has set in. So to me the warranty has absolutely no value. I would not buy a Jayco or expect any kind of professioal repairs done here at this facility.

Picked up a great Jayflight Baja, was treated like family. Jack made sure all of my wants, needs and concerns were addressed. I was very impressed with the service dept guys, about 3 showing me how to connect the sway bars. They made sure I fully understood the safe and proper way to hook up. They also gave me many tips in regards to the RV as this was my first exoerience with a pull camper. 5 stars to the RANGITCH TEAM!

I mainly dealt with Jack D. He was professional, responded quickly and gave me an awesome quote on a trailer without haggling around. Had I not found the same model/optioned Jayco trailer closer to CA i would have happily traveled to Montana to close the deal with these guys. Overall great experience with the sales team.

The service in the last ten years has always been outstanding. I have always received first-class service. My camp trailer was purchased from a friend and Rangitsch Brothers has always treated me as if I had purchased it from them.

Rangitsch Brothers a very nice place it's a little on the older side but the staff there are very knowledgeable and very concerned in finding something that fits your needs for travel trailers or mobile homes

Went into their parts department today and was treated as a valued customer by helpful, efficient professionals. Always a joy to come in here. While there we looked into upgrading our camper and couldn't think of a better place to do it. I think the wife may have picked one out! Always happy to deal with them.

We want to thank Bill and the good folks for the quick and friendly service.
Just passing through Missoula and realized our camper needed service. They responded immediately and told us to bring it in. We were back on the road within an hour.

The only good visit I have had at Rangitsch is when I bought my camper. Since then I have had two problems I needed their help/expertise and the parts department literally stands there until I ask if I can ask a question and then they only give you the answer to what you ask. No additional information. I have had to resort to dealing with the maker of my camper and ordering parts through them because apparently Rangitsch doesn't want to sell you a part unless they are going to do the work.

I just wanted to thank Brian Harr for helping us get into our new RV. His low pressure, high patience demeanor was an absolute delight. We have and will continue to refer our friends and colleagues to Brian and Rangitsch Brothers. We love our new Jayco!
