Reach has changed my view on group home care. As a team member I can honestly say I work with the best people on earth. The clients I work for are amazing and deserve the love and support given to them. I was a state employee for 25 plus years. This company has the same standards and expectations for their employees. This is a positive thing.
If you wonder what we do.we care. This company cares. The employees care. The care they feel for the people they serve is amazing
Please look at the negative reviews and realize some individuals just don't fit into this workplace environment.
If you want a rewarding job. If you can be a person of integrity you will not only love but want to work here.

I worked here a while back. Full time college student. Never called off, worked 4pm till midnight everyday of the week and then was working 8am till midnight on weekends. I received news they were firing me for reasons that didn’t pertain to me it pertained to other people I worked with.

Higher ups would lie about their time stamps and say they worked later then they did. Others sat around and watched TV the whole shift and would refuse to help me with the client cares. And when I spoke to people who were higher up they basically laughed at me like I was being dramatic.

Months later after I had moved on and found a new job I was getting harassed by coworkers who worked there through Facebook. Telling me all kinds of rude and nasty things. If I could give 0 stars I would with how rude these people are to their coworkers. The only understanding person was Dee and she was the sweetest and communicated very well with me through everything.
