Red Fox Supper Club, Helena MT

We arrived and our reservation was mixed up and we had to wait. It took several minutes to get water and our drink orders. One drink was forgotten. We did have a large party and things like that happen.
When our food arrived, the four people that ordered the flat iron steak, that was about the size of the palm of a woman's hand, was cold (not even warm) and severely overcooked. The garlic bread was nothing special. They didn't have the loaded baked potato that was suppose to go with the steak and offered fries. Ugh. I do admit the fries were pretty tasty but a hot baked potato with the cold steak would have made a nice addition. The whiskey chicken pasta was delicious. Sandwiches were mediocre.
Our server came back one time, never asked how the food was. It took at least 20 minutes to get our tab.
The food was definitely not worth the price paid.
I would understand if they were super busy but there were several open tables on a Friday night.
I always like to leave a good review and may have to give them a second chance. Hopefully my next visit will be better.

This place has amazing food period. The customer service can be less than ideal but I'd put up with it any day for some of that food. Highly recommend

You shouldn't have to pay $14.00 for a burger with an additional $1.75 for cheese and another $3.75 for fries that totals $19.50 for a burger and fries with plastic utensils and unfriendly, slow service. Won't be coming back.

Went there at 8: 20 pm to have dinner and were told to hurry if we wanted to order dinner as they were closing at 9: 00. (Mind you it was a Friday night.) The food was at our table in 5 minutes, cold and cost us over $ 73.00 with a couple drinks which we couldn't enjoy before dinner showed up. Very, Very disappointed
