Red Lion Inn & Suites Polson

A very comfy place off season rates first floor. Neighbors were noisy.call to office was successful. Thanks Red Lion!

The staff at Red Lion are the greatest! They were all so helpful and so nice. We left a pair of boots behind and they glady shippwd them to our home. In our travels back we look forward to staying with them again and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Awesome hospitality! Thank you guys!

Dacee's customer service is TOP NOTCH! My husband and I got married in Ronan in August and reserved a room block for our guests at the Red Lion. Dacee was very helpful answering all of my questions and making sure everything was taken care of! We did experience some issues where the hotel was telling our guests over the phone that the block was full when we knew it wasn't, but we e-mailed Dacee and gave her name to our guests and all was taken care of immediately! My husband and I had booked an AirBnB nearby for our wedding night, but it was cancelled last minute due to the proximity of the wildfires. One e-mail to Dacee and she had us set up with a room for the night and an additional room for the night before / morning of so that my bridesmaids and I had a place to get ready! The rooms were clean and our room had a great view of the lake! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly! The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about (possibly limited due to Covid), but the Mackenzie River attached to the hotel and the coffee shop just outside the parking lot were exactly what we needed! Plus you don't want to miss Lake City Bakery & Eatery for breakfast in town! Thank you so much Dacee for everything!

Definitely a nice quite place for a place to stay. Great views from the 2nd and 3rd floor windows. Small pool and hot tub for some relaxation. The morning continental breakfast can use a little more, but not to shabby overall.

Very poor stay for long term needs if you have to be in the area for longer than a night. The front desk person, "Ruby" is rude. The manager and assistant manager will ask that you show them any paperwork showing that your pet is a service animal. They will even send emails requesting such. Drug deals are common in the back of the hotel as well. No hot water for a week in my room after asking three times in the same week for it to be fixed. Karr and Stacy will need lessons in the ADA as well as common courtesy.

We had a wonderful stay in Polson at the Red Lion. Our parlor suite was "sweet"! All the staff were so friendly and service in the breakfast area was outstanding.

Very nice place to stay. This is probably our 4th or 5th visit. Clean & well kept with beautiful view of Flathead Lake. Only complaint is their breakfast.it used to be the best ever.now no hot breakfast.not even the usual waffle maker. I would give it 5 stars if they went back to the hot breakfast they used to have.

Nice enough place but the cleaning chemicals they used cause my sister and I both to have reactions to it. She felt ill, I felt unwell and needed my inhaler, and my face was splotches red by morning. They were nice enough to offer us a refund, but it was already evening and finding a other place in that tourist location would have been too difficult.

We rented one of their conference rooms and it worked out very well. We we arrived it was all set up just as we requested. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to accommodate our needs. Everything was also very clean.

No room service, no towels, no comforters, continental breakfast was an orange and a yogurt. They were out of coffee. Never coming back to this nasty place. The gal at the front desk hung up on me twice. Her name started with a D

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, wonderful lakeview, close to shopping, dinning, coffee shop, friendly staff, we stayed an extra night. Would recommend.

This place was set in a beautiful location (photo 1). We booked our room based on the picture on the website, which was a mountain view king suite. At time of checking in, they told us the mountain view rooms were booked and we were given a first floor parking lot view room (photo 2). We also booked the hotel based on the amenities. We had a long trip in and were looking forward to either a heated pool or a nice hot tub; pool was freezing and the hot tub was broke. There were a few other things that were out of commission or not working properly as well as exhaust fans, refrigerators and juice machine. That all being said, the bed and linens were very comfortable.

Nice hotel and staff. Room was pretty clean and big. Though, the wifi is so bad. Unprotected, 1 router which means lag. Gaming I get 200-1000ping. I don't expect much but wifi is really inadequate. Browsing on the net is rough, I had to stick with data on my phone than use this net. At least have a few spots, protected signals, and aim for 60-90ms.

The rooms are comfortable but showing signs of age. The AC was not working but they did get us into another room for the second night.

Nice room with comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and with friendly staff. Great to have an attached restaurant with good casual food. Fitness and pool area was adequate, but other than machines it was hard to find a place to lay on a mat. The hygienic wipes box and fridge for water were both empty. When we told the reception it seemed like they were getting right in it, but it was the same the following day. Still, that was a small part of the overall experience. Thanks for a nice stay.
