Excellent experience with Redline Sports - bought my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 there last month. Can't say enough good things - Robert A was fantastic in helping with my purchase - answered all my questions, gave me straight feedback, was not pushy and kept me informed at all times plus always responsive and available for one more question. Cole was patient and helpful in explaining how the Pioneer works plus some experience insights. This was my first experience with Redline and it will absolutely not be my last! Thank you Robert!

Love these guys- always upfront and honest and easy to deal with. Not pushy and they will work with you. I’ve bought several bikes and will buy through them every time. Dale is one of the nicest people that you will meet and is honest and trustworthy.

Excellent customer service and sales. We called about a machine and they didn't have it in stock. True to their word, they called when it was back in stock and let us know. Discussions about prices were honest and the purchase process was great.

Was supposed to be a couple of weeks for repairs turned into months! Took it back for another repair that supposedly was going to take a few days, still don’t have it back and when I call they say they will get back to me and that never happens!

I deal with Redline for my husband’s snowmobiles, motorbike, etc.when he has to be at work. I honestly don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to that kind of stuff but the staff always treat me with respect and always figure out what I need. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitudes of all the staff there.

Excellent inventory, Excellent sales staff (Robert was great) lowest price on the machine I wanted in area. Had all the accessories I wanted in stock and installed. They offered to help sell my prior machine, I ended up selling it myself. Over all a great buying experience!

Great doing business with Redline made better with Dale and Rod, s help with answering questions understanding my expectations and assembling my Ranger in one day’s time even helping load it up. Excellent communication through out will do business here again.

This is turning into the typical modern dealer. Pretentious employees who don’t want to help you unless you’re buying a brand new sxs, sled, or dirt bike. Store was empty and the parts guy seemed irritated I was making him work. They barely keep anything in stock. Dealers used to develop close relationships to customers and helped them stay on the trails (regardless of age of vehicle), not this one. They won’t bat an eye at you unless you say you want to buy a brand new vehicle. I’ve seen many dealers lately close, from lack of customer service, this one is next. I’ll take my business to Rocky Mountain ATV/MC/Slavens Racing for parts and buy bikes elsewhere.

I was in Butte to pickup some other stuff. The parts guy wasn't busy at all, but acted annoyed that I was making him work. They totally overcharged me for bolts, rivit fasteners, and metal clips. $3.95 for each piece. I won't be going back.

My husband's 2018 Polaris Ranger suddenly stopped working when he and his buddy were hunting outside of Dillon. They called the dealership in Dillon and were told sorry to busy can't help you.
They called next closest dealership which was Redline here in Butte, again they were told they were slammed but would at least take a moment to put on machine. James was who they spoke to on the phone and the first guy to come out and look at it. Then came Thomas, then Daniel. These guys were so kind and so helpful within just a few minutes they had my husband's part ordered and helped them get the Ranger running to finish their hunt this year!
It only takes a moment to gain customers trust and have them tell everyone they know, that here at Redline they care about people and listen and frankly did the right thing.
Not to many places like this left and we are going to tell everyone we know, great job guys!
Thank you James, Thomas and Daniel for making time and simply being the best customer service by far we have had in years!
