Let me understand this I call about a car that’s parked in my paid parking spot I’m told property manager has to call it in. Then my wife calls and is told not enough drivers emergency call only. Let me get this correct your contracted out by my apartment complex to tow cars in this situation and told to call you directly after hours and nothing gets done…. Sounds like someone is breaking a contract but to each their own. Makes your head turn when someone calls about something you can gain profit from but won’t move a muscle

Horrible! These people are rude money hungry lying unprofessional thieves, if possible go elsewhere! They are completely comfortable with towing your car 2 blocks for the police & charging you an insane $300 bill plus 50$ a day for storage while not allowing you to get any of your stuff!

A gentleman stopped by to help get my wife’s car out of the middle of the road. Her car randomly shut completely down and he offered to help. He was very courteous and am very thankful for his help. Thanks you

Carson helped me out today. He was amazing. I greatly appreciate his fast services. He know what he is doing and easy to talk to. Thank you so much Carson for everything today! He started the tow in sunshine ended in snow. Carson still weathered through snow, sleet, and sunshine. He kept a smile on his face through it all!

They milk about every job they've ever done for me or my family I strongly do not recommend them unless you have a big wallet! And you still get horrible service!

I drive old vehicles, but I don't worry about breaking down ever anywhere. I know red's is just a call away. I've been using red's for the company I work for years.last note, I am a friend of the owners

Fast friendly service great people and great equipment. Top notch i needed a unlock unfortunately, so I called Austin responded and no longer did I get out of the house to greet him he had my truck open. 1/20/23 yet again accidentally locked myself out of my truck and two gentlemen came out one was training and they did a fantastic job yet again and they learned some valuable skill

If you use this Towing outfit and you have a four-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive vehicle after you have these people tow it have your drivetrain checked because most of their employees do not tow the vehicles correctly

If I could rate them as a negative five stars I would. They took my car from right in front of me as I had parked in the alley beside my residence. I was attempting to load my car with my laundry and had my keys in my hand. Explained what I was doing and that I was about to move it and they yelled at me and told me they would need $250 in cash right then to not take it away. I didn't have cash on hand so this was the picture I took as my car was stolen from me and was hustled out from under me in broad daylight. I cannot express how heartbreaking this was as I stood there crying with my laundry and keys in hand. 10/10 worst towing company I've ever encountered.

This is about the service not the product.
Had a topper installed on my truck with a bed liner. The liner was not installed correctly and I had to push the taps for the anchor points back through. The battery light didn't have any battery's installed in it, as I found out while trying to use it. They also are not good with returning phone calls as I had a dispute over an extra $100 form what I was quoted and was told at around 10 am that they will call me right back. I left it to them for 9 days before I went in and was told that they would not refund the over price of $100 as that was the charge for installing the bed lining, even though I had asked what the out the door price would be. It has taken several months for the warranty work, replacement of a side window that would not lock on the topper.
When I had returned to discuss the issues, the employee who I assume did the work first words were I have been doing this for over 13 years and it is the best I have done and to take it to Blue Ribbon.
Well, I did go to Blue Ribbon and talked to them and they didn't seem to agree on the high quality of work that had been done, same as J & K custom who were gracious enough to explain how I can remove the bird droppings from the rear window between the topper and cab as it had not been cleaned before the topper was installed.
So no, I do not recommend this company and my fellow employee who knows several high up people there and was who recommended them to me will now also not recommend it either.

My battery died this morning and I needed a jumpstart. Lady on the phone was very polite. Truck showed up in less than 15 minutes and had me jumpstarted just a few minutes later.

Thru my emergency roadside assistance I was to receive a tow of my car upon calling them directly for an update the lady would only say "it's done" I proceed to as of it was towed to the location and she replied again it's done. So I asked again it is at the drop off location again she said it's done and the call ended confused because I didn't receive a call or text and me already being at the location and not seeing my car anywhere in the parking lot I proceed to call my roadside assistance company and they tell me that they are on the phone with them and that my car is still at the original location the tow truck driver left it there and proceeded to go to another call At this point I am highly upset I was lied to I was lied to and my car has not even been picked up yet but yet I was told that the job was done I am beyond mad and will not recommend this company to anyone that was very unprofessional Mind you I've been waiting on roadside assistance for 5 hours and having to leave my vehicle and walk to work to in order to be there on time because I was stranded waiting on roadside assistance in the cold
