What an awesome furniture shopping experience! I wasn't expecting the amount of selection and great prices, but Rikki's Furniture delivered! Speaking of delivery - they delivered to my house in Manhattan. Kim was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make sure my furniture shopping experience was excellent.

The best store to shop in. Every person that I had contact with was wonderful including the delivery process. The customer service is outstanding. To be able to work with a local family owned business that really cares about you could not make shopping any more pleasant.

Outstanding, we were looking for a guest room mattress, Kim helped us not only very knowledgeable but friendly. Decided on better mattress and left very satisfied. Kim went over and above good customer service.

We were looking for new living room chairs or a loveseat. We were given space and time to check out the options and were never pressured in any way. Jess did an awesome job in answering all our questions and finalizing the sale. Had a great experience. Prices are very reasonable with a nice selection in the showroom.

Rikki’s was great to work with. Had a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa delivered that had a defect. Took awhile during Covid times for replacement but kept the one delivered until replacement could be made. Great communication! Thanks!

We were ready to buy a coffee table and asked for a discount on the sale price if we bought an end table with it. We expected the sales lady to negotiate, but she was very rude and just walked away. We won't support a business that's ride to their customers. I don't recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience.

When in looking for 2 bar chairs saw exactly what we needed for are new home the people there are very nice and give u the space to look at your leisure and there if you have any questions. The only local furniture store left here in bozeman, if you get your money locally it’s nice to give it back locally,
