We had everyone in finance and sales working so hard for us to get us into our first brand new car! We can't thank them enough!

I seen they were under new ownership and so thought this place couldnt be as bad as the old reviews. Well my experience so far. Do Not purchase a vehicle here! RUN AWAY RUN AWAY! The sales people were great! Unfortunately their Accounting and Trade in procedures are Horrific and Will end up costing you big time! They dont like to pay off trades! They take your vehicle in on trade and then they Do Not Pay it off like agreed too. When you call accounting or anyone they cant tell you anything. O and they also make you have CURRENT registeration on the vehicle your trading in! So you may have to purchase registration and tags for your old vehicle and the new one! Seems like Accounting is always closed! I highly recommend to RUN AWAY from this place immediately. Buying a vehicle has never been such a night mare.

Classic shark dealership. Will do anything to get money. Including sending out 80000 flyers saying people won a t.v.

And of course you reply with an ignorant response. You may have 5 star reviews, however maybe you should try to improve on the negative reviews instead of deflecting like u done nothing wrong.

The experience was phenomenal from the salesman to the Sales Manager to the General Manager and the Owner. Those people went out of their way to help me get a new car. I cannot thank them enough. This is, by far, the best dealership I've ever worked with. I cannot give them them enough accolades.

It started out rough, but they bent over backwards to make it right and get me a great deal on a new car! Got me the payment I wanted and all the features I needed they worked hard to make me happy and earn my business, this is not the same dealership it was a few years ago.

This was my first time buying from a dealership. Everyone was respectful and helpful in getting me into the car I wanted, at the price that I had in mind! Jacob, Freddy, Greg, Donna, and Lawrence are all very good people that was involved with my deal.

I got a game piece in the mail & it said I won a flatscreen TV (5 winners) NOT a spin on the wheel & i have photo evidence of this & the pushy salesman said every1 who buys a car gets a free flatscreen & that my game piece code said I won a free spin on some wheel. WHY would I want to do business with a company who falsely advertised. I have POOR credit & I'm on SSI & I just started doing food deliveries for Uber Eats & an MLM gig just recently so therefore my income & credit score are the reason I can't afford a better vehicle than my family van.that's WHY I never came back or called Joseph Cudd whose cellphone number isn't even a Montana State number.a pushy outta State salesman who only LIED about the prize I won just to push a sale on me!
Again, I have photo evidence that I won a flatscreen TV & yes I'm in the market for a new vehicle but I REFUSE to do business with a company who falsely advertised!

It took them, nearly three months to get in parts and fix my old 2018 Kia soul. The car was not even nearly a year old and but the entire Ac Compressor had to be replaced. It is was not for the warranty on the vehicle I would have left it there and walked away despite being out a down payment and hundreds in what I paid. I will never go here to buy a car or service.

Update: Thank you for getting back to me, the service was professional but the timeline was not great. But I need my car for practically everything I do only because of how rural the state is.

I realize I’m not the only customer at this body shop. However, someone could’ve taken it upon themselves to find out why it was taking so long for my one day repair to be completed. My car was towed to Rimrock Kia December 2nd and repairs were finished January 10th.

The Volkswagen-KIA dealership has superior customer service. My daughter bought a HONDA from a different dealership. My KIA dealership deserves tons of praises. It is 5 stars. Her dealership has lousy customer service and deserves no stars at all.
