I can’t say enough about River Ridge Rehab and nursing. My family member received the best care. All the staff was kind and compassionate. Rooms are so nice. The remodel is quite beautiful. I highly recommend River Ridge Rehab and nursing.

Do not allow your loved ones to live in this facility. Patients are neglected and it is unsafe, especially for women!

This place isn’t even worth one star! I’ve been in healthcare for many years and this is hands down the worst place I’ve ever experienced working. The amount of abuse and neglect of the residents that I witness in the short amount of time I was there is absolutely heartbreaking. Nurses putting themselves before the residents simply because they choose not to want to help them. Residents being left in their own urine for hours an management disregarding it when a cna brought it up, call lights being taken from some residents during the night so staff doesn’t have to deal with them ringing, staff avoiding lights for not just minutes but hours on end because they don’t feel like doing their jobs. Staff screaming at the residents and then leaving them because they didn’t want to deal with them. I could go on and on about how horrific this place is. It’s inhumane is what it is. It needs to be shut down! Not only that they also decided that they weren’t going to pay me for my hours worked because I wasn’t in the time clock due to management never wanting to take the time after I asked multiple times. So my hours were written on paper and I’m almost 100 percent sure they tossed it out so they didn’t give me the money I was owed. I tried calling and messaging my supervisor she never once responded. This place is absolute garbage. If you truly care about your loved ones do not send them here unless your okay with them being abused and neglected.
