This vision center totally restored my belief that customer service is still alive, here’s what happened. I called the vision center roughly 15 minutes before they were set to close due to having what felt like a boulder in my eye. When I called, a wonderful lady answered the phone but informed me the dr.wasn’t in. However she took the time to ask me what was going on, gathered my info, and told me she was going to call the dr. To my surprise I received a call shortly after from her telling me the dr was on his way and to come in. I told her I had a little girl I would need to bring with me and that she could just sit on my lap while the dr looked at my eye. She informed me this wasn’t possible but she would be happy to watch my little lady while the dr examined my eye, wow! When my little lady and I got to the vision center they were ready for me so I was able to be seen as soon as I got there. My little lady and office lady went one way and the dr and I went the other. During the exams I could her my little lady and office lady chatting and having a wonderful time. The dr was great and super efficient, I was out in no time. In my conversations with the dr I found out he had been playing with his kids and was having a wonderful time but sacrificed his time to assist me. Lastly, after all they had done as a vision center to help me and watch my little lady they gave me a 20% discount for the visit. I figured I would have to pay an arm and a leg for the visit, and would have been happy to pay, but the visit cost me less then $150.00! I will never go to another vision center as long as this place is in business. They went above and beyond to help me and did so happily! Very grateful!
