Came here for my honeymoon in March. There was almost nobody else at the hotel. For the last 2 nights, we were upgraded to their best room FOR FREE! And they gave us a gift basket. Absolutely amazing experience

The hotel is nice and location is beautiful but the facilities are definitely dated. The rooms are circa 1995, and the wifi/internet access is spotty.
Staff is super nice and friendly. The restaurant on-site is closed.

Originally booked a King room for my family to stay in while we were in town for a wedding. We weren’t familiar with the area but we were pleased with the photos we saw online while booking. The property itself has so much potential but it is in desperate need of improvements. Immediately upon entering our building (Grizzly) it smelt like mildew, the carpets were old and stained, and our room was pretty awful. The bathroom was super outdated and old. The lighting was horrible (very yellow), the room smelt bad just like the building, there was bugs everywhere, and it was hard to even make it through the night. We ended up booking a last minute AirBNB because we knew we wouldn’t make it another night let alone the next 4 days we needed to be in town. The photos online are misleading. The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because the staff was at least really nice and helpful. We paid $170 before tax for this room. It’s a room I don’t feel deserved to be more than maybe $80. We got a brand new AirBNB that was on the golf course for that rate per night that had full amenities and way more space.

I traveled to Red Lodge, MT and stayed at Rock Creek Resort for 30 days. The location and scenery are absolutely beautiful. I stayed in the building called the Grizzly on the first floor that came with a balcony and view of Rock Creek. All though my room 165 does not come with AC a box fan was provided. The room was like a studio with a Murphy bed, full size refrigerator, oven and pantry. I enjoyed getting off work and driving to my room, going hiking and cooking dinner.

We stayed here on a work retreat and it was amazing. The scenery was beautiful! We even were welcomed by a coyote walking thru the trees. The staff were fabulous. Our room, with a balcony, had a view of the creek down below and mountain beyond. Our room was very clean, very nice and warm, coffee pot, blow dryer, etc. Nice beds, too! There's an indoor swimming pool, the kids had a blast in. In the lobby is a breakfast room, with free coffee (@ 5am!), muffins, bagels, cereal. I really enjoyed my time here and went home feeling so refreshed! I highly recommend it!

The resort is lavish. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a big deep tub that is great for soaking in. They have in room coffee with a single cup coffee maker and single french roast coffee packets. We also had sliding glass doors to an outdoor deck. The beds are comfortable with two queen beds. Then, they have a great continental breakfast in the morning with bagels, cold cereals, oatmeal, hot chocolate, and coffee. And, they also have a purified water drinking system for their guests. They have banquet rooms for what you might need. They have a two room dining area for eating and board games like Sorry that the guests can use. This is a great resort.

Made a reservation. Didn't get an email confirmation. Tried to call back multiple times and the person (Dan) just hangs up on me. I had already given them my CC information. I called back 6 times and got hung up on every time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort and would stay again. It's clean, quiet, and in a lovely location surrounded by trees and a babbling brook on the backside. For the manager, Kelly, I give 5 stars. She's incredibly friendly, very accommodating, and truly cares for her guests. Thank you, Kelly!

Travis the front desk guy is absolutely amazing had a supper roughy night. We were booked at a different hotel and it was nasty everywhere else was completely full except here and Travis’s amazing welcoming was a breath of fresh air to say the least he helped us get a room and everything is amazing. But honestly shout out to Travis your welcoming was truly unforgettable and I will definitely be booking her now every time I come to visit!

First time in this area. Great location, very clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and depending on the room you have a balcony with a view and sound of the river.

We held our wedding here over the weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better day. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the venue space is beautiful. It was the perfect place for our guests to come for the wedding and explore the beauty of the Beartooths.

Booked the most expensive room at the property for a family vacation and ended up needing to do some work while I was there, only to find out there's no internet in the room I booked. I called the front desk and was told they didn't have anyone that could look at it until the next day. The next day still no internet so I went to the front desk and then the story changed to "there are too many people on it so it's slow" definitely not the case at the front desk as I could immediately stream a YouTube video standing there. Then she changed her answer again to: "there's nothing we can do about it".

The internet is one issue, and I won't go into detail about the other issues but: rooms are dated, stove doesn't work, shower floor is hazardously slippery, and so on and so on.

Won't stay here again, wish I could rate them less than 1 star.

Had a horrible experience while working there. There front desk manager Taylor set me up by making up lies after I was a good friend to her. Taylor was so worried about Kelly finding out she went to rehab and had a meth addiction and she constantly lied to her to make herself look good. HR Kelly would rather keep the bad people then the good people that will cover for other people shift's when they called off. Kelly promised me employee housing and job security. When I gave up my apartment in another town to moved there for the job she let me go and I ended up having to sleep in my car. I ended up with no job, no place to live and she never paid me for the two week's I worked there. Kelly yelled and custed at me when we had meet about what was going on. Then had Taylor text me saying Kelly wanted a apology and for what she did. I refused to appolgize since I had nothing to appolgize for.

This is our first time staying here n we will definitely becoming back in a few months.
They have a small catch n release pond right our the ground floor rooms, it also has water fountain in the pond. Its 5 miles south of red lodge heading up into the bear tooth pass that goes in to Yellowstone Park.
