Sagebrush Floral, West Yellowstone MT

Betty has made beautiful arrangements for my sister in West Yellowstone. I live on the east coast and am thankful I can count on her. Look at this arrangement just delivered. My sister loves it.

I tried to give it a chance. I was referred here by a gift shop in town when I first relocated here. Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday 3 days before the big day. Agreed on a time for delivery.

Time comes and goes and not even a phone call. Called and spoke to the owner who shrugged it off and told me how busy her day was and how she hadn’t made it yet but she’d start it and I could pick it up.

Sat through all of her demanding customer stories about men who always wait until the last minute. I laughed off thinking she was joking and reminded her I ordered three days ago. She blew up at me and slammed her hands on the counter and said I could leave any time.

This was the off season, I’d hate to see her work in the summer. I won’t ever come here again, nor will I ever do business with her again.

HORRIBLE experience on a very traumatic day.
Went to buy flowers my cat died on our roadtrip. Just wanted to lay some in the grave.

Was greeted and verbal harrassed for not wearing a mask. Its June 2021. I said I dont have one and walked out she proceeded to scream My choice my right.

Your absolutely right. My body my choice I will NOT support such a sheep.
Go to Yellowstone flowers they went above and beyond for me.

You made no money last year. And you lost your only sale that day all because you choose to not use your brain God gave you smh.

She always has the most beautiful arrangements and they always last me for very long time and she’s super nice

The florist Debbie goes above and beyond.she had a slipped disk in her back the day before my wedding but regardless of that she, unable to walk without excruciating pain, crawled in along the floor of her shop to create the bouquet of my dreams for my wedding day. So thankful for her dedication and for not giving up despite the circumstances.

Wonderful place! The lady was super helpful and she helped me get exactly the bouquet of flowers I was imagining!

Scott Hartmann, I can't imagine you had that kind of experience in my shop. Rude is not a word I am known for. I have been in the flower business for over 24 years and also run a greenhouse during the summer. I am known for bending over backwards and working long/late hours to accommodate my customers. I cover 3 states, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, including Yellowstone National Park and deliver to a 90 mile radius. Yes, I am a small shop and the only one covering this area; with one part time employee (except for during the holidays when I hire additional help). We do answer the phone when we're here but if we are out doing deliveries (to Old Faithful alone can take @2 hours in the summer) I have an answering machine that lets you know we are busy and cannot be in two places at once, but to leave a message and we will return your call; which we do! To say that your bouquets were so ugly you had to throw them away seems extreme. Having been here you had to have noticed we are in a remote area, yet I am still able to have flowers trucked in or shipped FedEx Express twice a week (or more) so that our flowers are always fresh. If there was something specific that you wanted, and I knew by 1 p.m. The day before I usually can have it in the shop by 7 a.m. The next day. Next time you are in town, take a deep breathe, come into the shop and introduce yourself like a man and let me make this right for you, instead of ranting untruths on line. FYI. RUST is in.my main emphasis is fresh flowers and live plants. There are plenty of "gift shops" in town that I do not feel the need to compete with them as a lot of them are my friends! If you had expressed what you were looking for I would have pointed you in the right direction to find that perfect present! Betty Sagebrush Floral
